"This is a hotel composed of many container houses. It feels that the facilities are still full of new. It is located near an industrial area. It is not a typical sightseeing area. It is suitable for self-driving people. There is a flat parking lot in front of it. There is plenty of parking space. My observation occupants are mostly Japanese. If you are using public transportation to move, you basically don't have to consider this home, it is not easy to reach. Next to a 7-11, there is a supermarket nearby (about 1~ 2 kilometers), shopping is quite convenient, you can buy some ingredients to cook, there is a small kitchen in the room to use, there is a microwave oven, induction cooker, refrigerator, dining table and chairs, the space is good, the bathroom is divided into two rooms, The space is not big enough. There are a total of 4 washing machines in the laundry room. 4 people have a total of two days of clothes. It is still a bit wet with 700 to wash and bake. It takes another 200 to bake for 30 minutes to dry. The above is my experience sharing this stay!"
"A simple hotel. I was in a smoking room that they had cleaned but there was a lingering smell. There is a communal bath but not for men. The dinner was a fixed menu whilst helping yourself to rice and miso soup. Breakfast was some sandwiches you collect from reception"

"Hoshino Resort BEB5 Tsuchiura is a vibrant hotel in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, conveniently located near Tsuchiura Station. Designed for young people and cycling enthusiasts, the hotel embraces the ”cycling lifestyle” theme, offering free bicycle rentals, a repair station, and the option to bring your own bike to your room. It seamlessly connects to the 180km Lake Kasumigaura loop. The spacious rooms feature modern styling with Japanese tatami elements and are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. Guests generally praise their cleanliness and comfort. The hotel's 24-hour café offers a relaxed atmosphere, featuring an industrial-style design and a large screen broadcasting live cycling events. Bringing your own food is welcome, adding to the casual atmosphere. While the service is friendly and attentive, breakfast is available for an additional fee and the selection is somewhat limited. The hotel is ideal for travelers seeking freedom and exploration, especially those who cyclists or those on short trips, though the design may not appeal to those with a more traditional taste."
"I arrived 1 time before check-in because the number of parking lots is limited. I was preparing now from the front desk, so I was told to wait a little while, so I checked in early because I was ready after about 15. It was a friendly hotel in a small business hotel."
"The hotel is very tidy and clean. The rooms are small but very complete. There is a coffee and green tea machine which is very considerate. The bath is not big but not many people use it. The water temperature is just right. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot, and no parking instructions are provided to guests."
"It is conveniently located just outside Tsuchiura Station! Although the room is not big, it is very clean and comfortable. The price is very affordable in Japan and a simple breakfast is provided. It is a very cost-effective business hotel. If I have to say something wrong, the pillow is a bit high for me, which is suitable for people who like to sleep soundly. The air conditioner is located in the direction of my head! Everything else is fine!"
"Although the room is not big, it is enough for one person to live, very clean and tidy, breakfast is good, the hotel's hot spring ♨️ is also clean and comfortable, the price is very high, and some time is difficult to find a room."
"A hotel that has seen better days, but still has reasonable and clean rooms, and friendly staff.
The biggest downside was despite being given a high up room with a view of the lake. The postal distrubition centre is located next door so truck noise could be heard all through the night.
A 10 minute walk to the station, but close to supermarkets and convenienve stores."
"It is close to the station.
The person who responded was kind.
I felt good to walk in the morning because there was a river near the pass.
I was not troubled for one night.
It is necessary to bring it because there was no dryer or refrigerator.
I thought it would be good to aim there because there are facilities and drinkers for men in the vicinity of the pass."

Very Good
Kkarin2316It was a small room, but it was clean. Regarding the location of the hotel, it was my fault that there was a lack of confirmation, but I felt that there was a little distance to the station on foot.
I didn't need to clean it, but the next day the doorknob didn't have towels, and when I asked the cleaner, the front desk person was in charge of the towels, so I told him to tell them directly. I thought it was a little strange system.
Breakfast was a little disappointing because most of them were the same menu on 3 days.
NnomadsenseiAlthough it is countryside, it is very close to the train station. About 2 minutes of walking. Front desk staff members were helpful to accommodate the room request. The bathroom in the room was quite clean. However, the shampoo and body soap in the room was low quality. But luckily you can go to the entrance area to pick up another variety of soap and shampoo. I appreciated that they had DHC skin care set in case you didn't bring it with you.
There is a convenience store across from the hotel. So I was thankful for that. Otherwise, there is a bakery and an izakaya and that is it. 🙂

AAnonymous UserI had to stay here at short notice because I missed the last train, but they accommodated me politely, including late check-in.
The building itself looks old, but it has all the necessary amenities and facilities. Great value for money, highly recommended.
Breakfast is included, so it's hard to believe it's free. It was very helpful.
