Hotel is quite new, in the new tourist area. All new (November 2023). Since the hotel in the new area is not nearby cafes or shops, to the center 20 minutes walk, to the sea 7 minutes walk. Not the best cleaning, but I think it's an accident.

It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience.

It's about 2.5--3 hours from Hanoi. TripAdvisor includes hotel pick-up, but it's cheaper on Trip.com, so the hotel pick-up was added $70 per person, so two people eventually paid $140 more and bought it here for nothing. ㅜㅅㅜ Vietnamese cruises are cheap, so I bought them, but the explanation didn't include pick-up information at first, and I struggled at dawn that day. Bus limo pickup was so luxurious. What bus chair was like a banggi business ㅋㅋㅋ The Halong Bay cruise is the same schedule, but the room was so good and the program did not meet expectations. It was a bit boring, but the room and toilet were so good that I felt strong! But the staff keeps asking me to write a good review and write my name.

Superb experience from check-in to check-out. Outstanding service by Bryan and team onboard - they were attentive, helpful and fun! Food onboard was great with good buffet spread and delicious 6-course dinner! On the boat, room is tastefully decorated (enjoyed the balcony and bath tub!) and there is much space to chill and hangout. Excellent itinerary providing excellent view of and immersion in Halong Bay. Timing of activities was good and not that crowded making them enjoyable and unhurried.

We arrived after 24:00. にあった Phone number に Phone すると The woman immediately opened the lock and accepted me. It seemed that if there was one motorcycle, it would be put inside, and it was two. It was outside, but it was chained. The room seems to have been renovated in 2022. It was very beautiful and there were two small balconies. The shower was a little bad. It was wide 々 and the towel was beautiful. There is also a dryer. Location is close to the port of Halon Bay cruise. Arrived in less than 10 minutes 々. There was a pharmacy in front of the hotel.

I had a great time at this Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. I went during the Labor Day holiday and it was a bit chaotic especially during check in, I was lucky enough to have the manager to help me check in, he was so nice and friendly he even noticed I was exhausted and hungry, promised to get me a room asap and voilà! La Regina Grand Cruises.. The cruise is good one, tho looked little old with squeaky wooden flooring but had an ancient luxurious touch to the interiors. Mobile internet & WIFI onboard signal was really really bad. Some activities provided onboard. And we did learn on how to make the vietnamese fried spring rolls. Overall was ok and yes u should add in your Hanoi trip!! 🥰🥰
