"There were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion."

"Overall, it was good for a budget hotel. Location not too far from Ruisbroek train station (commutable to Brussels). Girl at the reception was nice. Missed having a kettle at the room but I guess this goes with the place being a budget hotel. Overall, it was not bad (and a good deal for Brussels on a weekend)."

"Reception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!!
It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice"

"The best hotel to sleep, breakfast is also great, in addition to regular food, there are freshly made bacon mushroom poached eggs, sausages, tastes good! The hotel has free parking, the hotel has its own restaurant for dinner, the cost is a bit high. Looking at the picture, I thought it was very remote in the suburbs, but it was in the downtown area, a few hundred meters away from the Waterloo Museum, very good!"
