The hotel location is near Kualanamu airport. The condition of the rooms is good and well maintained. The room is very spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator and sink. Complete amenities and affordable prices. The staff is friendly and very helpful to guests' needs.

We stayed at The Crew hotel for one night before heading to the airport. A shuttle in the morning as well as breakfast in the morning served from 6 am was included which was very convenient. The staff at the check in wasn't very friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the questions we had. Moreover, make sure to have 1000 IDR in cash since it is the deposit. Overall the room was really dark and could have been a bit cleaner. However, just staying for a night close to the airport and with the shuttle and breakfast it was a good choice and can be recommended for that purpose.

Location is great for me in that its only 7 mins by car to the airport. Medan downtown is about 30 minutes away through challenging traffic. The service staff were excellent all round. Amenities, rooms and public areas were clean. The swimming pool water did look a bit cloudy although the bottom of the pool is visible from overhead. I did not swim though. Complimentary tea bags should include English breakfast or black tea. Small niggle but it takes on greater significance if you stay in the area long enough to miss strong tea because almost all restaurants serves very weak tea. Breakfast offering especially the local cuisines could be better - at least for me. The tea was really weak ( read above); there was only one choice of plain white sandwich loaf. No butter, although vegetable oil-based margarine was offerred. The danish pastry were stiff and cloy but I guess I need to manage my expectations as this cuisine is not indigeneous. But if a simple improvement could be done, I believe this hotel will draw more satisfaction from (foreign) guests. Good work!

the hotel wall is just a bed sheet curtain there is no border door,..fortunately,i can move to a cement wall room for husband and wife..otherwise,i can't see the husband and wife beluk ...🤣🤣🤣

Perfect for a short stay over! The room’s small but there’s space underneath to put your bags. It was very clean, the bed super comfortable, bathroom/shower good and the A/C added so much comfort. A bonus: we could use our Netflix here! The taxi service to the airport worked well and was easy to book (50 000 IDR for 2 people). Just the breakfast was so-so; coffee and tea great, but only toast + a choice of old butter / chocolate sprinkles / green matcha spread to put on. If that’s not your thing, better plan for a better breakfast!

Convinient location and nice place at all. Clean swimming pool and amaizing big stones in the garden. Free shuttle to airport upon request. Lots of mosquito.

Because many hotelsnautbebuchungsbwsrenbwar it the only free. I kin very positively surprised. Clean, great view onbder thoughtrase and at the rich breakfast. Come back

It's quite fun, hope the air conditioner is checked regularly, so it stays cold
