"環境衞生都可以，下次顧客入住前清點好你們的物品，隨意亂價加就很不好。一共兩瓶涼白開一瓶百歲山而且我們衹喝了一瓶涼白開結算時又給加了一瓶百歲山錢，因為趕時間沒空和你們核對，自己好好核對一下吧，這樣很傷顧客不是錢的問題是傷客的問題。"
