Check in machine out of service, didn't recognize the surname and the reservation number and we had to stay outside in winter in Germany in the night. We couldn't sleep and had to ask refund

No explaination of how how the key system works, figured we'd just drop it in the mailbox.

There was no free parking as advertised, only paid parking in a parking structure. There was no Internet: yes there was a router in range but no password provided. Ask at the front desk? There is no front desk, no proprietor, no employee of any kind. The lights in the hallway do not turn on from below, so plan on a steep three floor climb (four floors to an American) in the dark.

The room and bathroom are clean. The signal of Wifi is good and there is a closet for clothes. However, the kitchen is really small and the stoves seem really old. The signal is not clear as well. No sign of the kitchen and the lobby and no one to ask in the buliding.

Een schoon appartement, maar de foto's zien er beter uit dan de daadwerkelijke locatie. Bedden zijn niet goed en locatie lijkt meer op een plek waar snel een deal of andere duistere zaken kunnen worden gedaan dan op een appartement hotel.
