Great hotel for families! Highly recommended

I stayed here for two nights in september of 2021. My single room was simple with a nice bathroom, comfy bed, a 3-seat couch, two arm chairs and a little desk. Acutally a little more than I was expecting. The food was good to very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Because of corona restrictions I never got the chance to try their relax. Note that Booking.com says they only have WiFi in common aereas. This is in-correct. Every room has WiFi and I found the connection to be good.

The hotel is 2 km from the center and it's not too far to walk, but maybe not the most fun if it's winter and cold. They have plenty of parking adjacent to the hotel. We arrived late, and the outside of the hotel doesn’t look like much. Friendly reception staff welcomed us and checked us in, and then the panic set in when we were told the rooms were in the basement, visions of sark, dark and damp rooms came to mind. Open the door and wow, newly refurbished large bright room with a massive modern bathroom! Bed was so comfy I slept well. In the morning breakfast was well appointed and tasty. The fresh bread was amazing! Reception again excelled them self’s sorting a taxi quickly without fuss. Great hotel pinching well above their price point!
