Staff are friendly. Room is clean. There is a bus stop downstairs so you can easily go to nearby area without walking along distance.

這次一次很差的入住體驗了，預訂的時候就在特殊要求裏面寫了要安靜的房間結果被安排到了洗衣房的隔壁😢，那聲音大的根本沒辦法入睡…而且房間衞生很差，我進去的時候垃圾桶就有垃圾，難道這個是別人換過的房間？就算是別人換過的房間就不用休息嗎？ 還有牀頭櫃的兩邊…那是什麼情況 怎麼感覺很久沒有打掃過一樣喃？最後給我換了個房間，我覺得這換的房間更糟糕👎，門兩次都刷不開要等前台上來刷開門，進房間準備去洗個澡結果浴室有頭髮 而且不是一根兩根…什麼情況現在如家衞生這麼差了？

頁面上説房間有18-20平米，實際最多10平米，非常非常，非常小。兩個人走路都要互相避讓，網上預訂的房間，要麼位置不好，要麼房間面積縮水，但這個房間也未免太小了吧，縮了一半了，因為到的時間太晚了，也懶得找前台理論。湊合一晚，第二天換到紅旗路了，別的設施還好，房間也乾淨整齊，這個這個逼仄的環境讓人一言難盡，如家房間普遍小，但這麼小的頭一次見，房費是按照18-20平米收的，住宿面積少了一半，虛假宣傳，這算不算一種欺詐行為呢？

Отель нормальный. Чисто в номере, кровати удобные. Wi-fi стабильный. Местоположение удобное, близко до достопримечательных мест и рынков. Много кафешек, где можно перекусить. Принимают иностранцев. Персонал адекватный.

每次來烏魯木齊都住這個酒店，不是因為找不到其他酒店，也不是因為價格最低，就是住一次住習慣就一直住。
但是這次真的非常失望！明明攜程上退房時間是三點，到上午十二點一起床就把電斷掉，這幾天都是這樣的，導致不方便。其他地方的酒店都是一次刷好幾天的卡，今天提早斷電在回家路上所有人的手機都沒有電，最起碼把電續道三點呀，自己把延遲到三點退房作為賣點，自己還把電斷了！
