環境相當相當的差，地上的地毯被衞生間的污水浸泡的十分嚴重，腳踩上去都能往外冒水，也許是浸泡的時間太長，滿房子佈滿了發黴的味道。剛做東西的時候，地毯上還有上一個客人留下的食物殘渣。啥也不説了，再也不會入住也行，大家不要選擇

地理位置不錯，酒店馬路對面就是萬科廣場，吃喝玩樂，功能俱全；酒店性價比高，最值得的再次入住的理由是：1.床的柔軟度超級適宜睡覺，床單柔軟，枕頭的軟度和高度剛剛好；
2.對於要外出處理公務或備考的住客來説，桌子足夠大，可以兩人同時用，配凳和椅子的舒適度也不錯；
3.性價比高，
4.服務員帕提古麗在我提出房間位置太吵，給我及時換到合適的房間，還免費升了級。
建議改進下不足之處：
1.房間的電視定期檢查下；以免住客無法使用
下次在大灣附加住宿，一定首選速8酒店

前台懶散，早上退房的時候叫了3次才醒。預訂的時候承諾有升級服務，到了前台答覆：升級就是大床升級為雙標。預訂承諾的水果沒看到影子。房間環境也較差，地毯不太乾淨，設施較為陳舊。

垃圾酒店大家睜開眼睛千萬別去這酒店，連經理都沒有服務意識還能説其他員工麼？晚上12:30已經到酒店的前台一會説滿房一會説自己是是新員工找各種理由，最後我説投訴他們就1:30給我辦理入住，而且前台服務人員態度極差侮辱客人，經理都不管還説要投訴就投訴……這家酒店的服務我真服了，我從來未見過這樣的酒店，勸老闆幾句：你們一直用這樣的人你們早晚會就破產的！垃圾酒店😡👎👎👎👎

室內地毯很大的味道，桌面一層。。。。。。。。。冬天沒有暖氣，唯一的好處有停車位而且停車免費，
