The second time I called for a hair dryer, because the hair dryer stopped after 20 seconds. The first time they said it was overheat protection and asked us to wait, but it didn't come after waiting for 10 minutes. I called the front desk again and asked them to send it. The front desk explained again that the hair dryers in the hotel were like this. Although it was sent because I asked again, I cannot accept your explanation. I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never encountered a power outage protection after using it for a few seconds! In short, this is a hotel that lacks the quality of Atour, and I am very disappointed!

The location in Urumqi city is good, not far from the Grand Bazaar. I bought cheap and plentiful grapes. The hotel has always maintained the consistent quality of Atour and is also very convenient to the Silk Road Ski Resort.
