Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card. After being dissatisfied with the conversation next door, I had to wait for the service staff to go downstairs to collect the room card to open a new room. If I were the front desk, after receiving the guest's request for room change, if the room status allowed, I would make multiple room cards for the guest to choose a room. There is no place to hang clothes in the room, no anti-slip mat in the bathroom, too little room lighting, either too cold or too dark! The overall feeling is not too good!
