On vacation in Valladolid for Easter 2025, on Sunday, April 20th, the scheduled return date, my partner had to undergo emergency surgery at the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital. I saw this hostel right across the street and called. From the very beginning, Katia quickly found me a room so I could leave my luggage and go to the hospital. Asun then moved her entire schedule to find me a bed at least until the evening of May 1st. We finally left on the 26th after being discharged from the hospital. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the hostel's staff. They made my stay easier at all times, making me feel at home. It's certainly a one-star hostel, but everything was clean and the beds and pillows were very, very comfortable. I've had worse in three-star hotels and tourist apartments. The towels were practically new. I only hope to be able to come back one day. A thousand thanks to everyone, especially Asun. Kisses.

The hotel was quite good value for money. Very clean, the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. I was there for an exam and needed a lamp to study under. They also provided one. The staff was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again. My partner and I were very happy.
