"The main problem is that the facilities in the room are too old, and there is mold in the bathroom. It feels like the decoration is at least ten years old. The breakfast is OK, parking is convenient, and the front desk is friendly, but there is nothing else."

"The hotel is located on the outskirts of Milan Central Station, about 20 minutes by car to the north. It may be a cheap and cost-effective hotel for travelers who rent a car or drive, but have a suitcase. Not recommended for customers using public transportation
There is no train station or subway station around the hotel, so there is a lot of round-trip fares when you go to the city by taxi.
Hotel rooms are spacious and lobby is large and parking is convenient
Breakfast is not good or bad for the price
Fruit and scrambled bacon sausages are floated by the staff."

"Until recently it was a pleasure and a privilege to come to this unique and beautiful property.
In the past we also went just to dine on the beautiful veranda, which overlooks the park and it was a delight to have breakfast there.
Unfortunately, the property has now decided to let guests eat in a windowless room and it is no longer possible to have breakfast on that splendid veranda.
..... perhaps it is not clear to the property that customers go to the Parco Borromeo Hotel for the park and not to see 4 white walls!"

"Very clean, bright and well meintained room.
Had an amazing view to the Mountains. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable.
Antonio was very helpful when upgraded my room very last minute. Svetlana at the reception was friendly. The other Svetlana helped dme when I lost my bag - very professional staff! Thank you and I will be back next year! "
