"The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They will actively help you solve all your problems. The parking lot is very large and it is very convenient to park your car at the door of the room. The hotel has its own restaurant, a breakfast shop and a kebar at the door, which tastes very good!"
"This hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a warm layout, giving people a homely feeling. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and can always meet the needs of guests. The breakfast is rich and varied, the taste is very good, and the overall environment of the restaurant is also pleasant. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It is very suitable for business or leisure travelers. The overall experience is very satisfactory and I will choose to stay next time."
"The room is very big, with good facilities, a small kitchen, a spacious and clean bathroom, twin beds (one is 1.8 meters wide, the other is 1.5 meters wide), which is spacious enough for two people to stay in. It also includes breakfast, and is cost-effective."

"The location is very good, just across the road is the shopping centre. The room was clean and well equipped. Because it is close to the road, it will be noisy. In addition, there is a small gap under the door, be careful of insects crawling in ..."
"Well priced motel. Although its a bit dated, the room was large with a desk, kitchenette and 2 single beds. Quiet enough , although its sits just off a main road but didn't hear much noise. The bonus Cafe next door at the gym is excellent and run by someone who knows what they are doing. It opens at 6am for breakfast. All meals are excellent and cheap enough"
"The location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag.
While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival.
On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk.
Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience."
"Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide."
"The location is superb, the apartment/room is clean.
However, the WiFi signal is terrible and the only way to contact the front desk is to go to see them, the telephone in the room didn't work.
The attitude of the receptionist is less than helpful."
