Popular Vinh City 4-star Hotels

Checked into this hotel for 5 nights and extended to 9 nights. It is very comfortable here thanks to the amazing staff who have all excelled in making us feel welcome. Booked a double room which was light and airy, very spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is very thorough and efficient and maintained daily to a very good standard. The pool are is very clean and also spacious but may be could have more comfortable sun loungers with padded rests. Breakfast is fantastic with an extensive variety of quality dishes. Overall this was a great hotel.

Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality. Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two

I was reluctant to stay here due to the negative reviews the place had received, but when my first choice hotel was full, I decided to give this place a try as it was in the area that I needed to be in. And boy and I glad that I ended up here! The room was comfortable (it even had heating, which enabled me to sleep comfortably during the very cold winter nights during my stay); the staff was extremely kind and helpful (other reviewers complained about them, but sometimes people treat you the way you treat them); the breakfast was surprisingly good; and it was really good value for money. Granted, the hotel is not perfect. It's a little bit worn from age, but so am I. Ha. Anyway, I'm glad I stayed there - and I would certainly stay there again on my next visit to Vinh.

The living situation is very satisfactory and the price is very cheap! Moderate location in vinh city Each room has good lighting and breakfast is good It's just that there are too few counter staff on the first floor, which makes some empty pictures in the lobby.

I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. This hotel is quite new so everything is in good condition at the moment. The room - a deluxe king - was large with a big window. The bed was comfortable, firm but not hard, it was very quiet & the aircon was silent. The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower cubicle & all the usual items provided. The WiFi worked very well. The buffet breakfast was extensive but geared to Asian tastes, there was no black tea & bacon was cut into small pieces & mixed with vegetables. The Chef station provided omelettes, fried eggs, eel soup & pho. The hotel is very close to the airport & there is a bus stop close by on both sides of the road & numerous taxis. Vinh is a very nice town with the river, parks & lakes & several places of historical & scenic interest outside the town. There are numerous authentic Vietnamese eating places close to the hotel. On the down side amazingly there was no drawer space in the bedroom, though there was plenty of room, not even a shelf in the large wardrobe. There were small drawers in the bedside tables & these had to suffice. The in-room safe was on the floor of the wardrobe making it difficult to access for elderly & impossible for disabled people. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the corridor but this was our fault as we hadn't asked for a non-smoking area. The hotel is a long way from the town centre, it is possible to walk it but not recommended if the weather is very hot & humid.

The breakfast quality is good, the hotel service is enthusiastic, and the English communication is no problem. The room is not too big and acceptable. Conveniently located in the center of Sakae. There is parking lot. Very recommended~

The hotel looks a bit old and small on the outside, but the room inside is large, airy, clean and beautiful, with modern furniture. Breakfast buffet has a lot of dishes, delicious. Cheap room rates. The hotel is not located on the central road, so Phan Boi Chau street is a bit empty at night, the street is dark. Opposite the hotel is the Ga market selling a lot of things. Vinh Station is also very close to the hotel, just a few hundred meters away

The attitude of the front desk staff is not friendly and enthusiastic. Wifi wireless in the hotel is very bad. The bed sheets are dirty, there is a lot of dust and sand. Get cheap room rates and located right in the center. The water in the bathroom is strong but there is no water heater. There is a bathtub lying downstairs.

Rooms are pretty good. But yesterday no one cleaned my room, went back in the afternoon and called someone to clean the room for me all hours later. In the morning, I woke up the sound of the glass where the pantry cabinet suddenly fell and collapsed.
