Hotel Liro - Adults Only

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels with the most helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help us when we had car trouble because the car rental we got was not good. The gas gauge was broken. They helped us for over an hour, getting diesel fuel, and then continually trying until the diesel fuel finally engaged with the engine. Yes back to the hotel. They have the most beautiful swimming area. Highly recommend.

We stayed three nights at Liro Hotel. The staff was very flexible as we arrived a day earlier than planned. The views from the hotel restaurant, room and beach are stunning. The room is simple with a comfy bed. The bathroom was nice but could use better finishes as it leaked a bit on the floor. Room was cleaned everyday and they also offer laundry service. The private beach is nice. Sun-beds comfortable and provide enough shadow and privacy thanks to curtains. The restaurant has great food, even if it's a bit more expensive than in other places. Quality is top notch and the server Emris (Elvis?) was very friendly! However the rest of the staff did not make a very enthusiastic impression.

I traveled with my friends, the hotel is very good with a perfect view. The food was delicious, private beach. The staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel Liro is Definitely 10/10. The bar has a great view and coffee is very good. Highly recommended!!!

Worst service ever . Called the wiater 4 times barly came after more than 30 minutes waiting and passing near me even when not doing anything. High prices . Elevator not working had to take the stairs for 3 floors . Even the singer kept asking for something to drink which barely came late again.

Hotel manager is rude and unprofessional. The housekeeping team mistakenly took my personal towel to laundry as they thought it’s the hotel towel. My towel is white but it’s obviously different from regular hotel towels bc it has buttons, and I’ve brought it to so many other hotels and no other hotel ever made this mistake. When I went to the reception desk, the guy said there’s nothing he can do (but I later found out this guy is actually nice). Then his manager came and was unbelievably rude - I’m a very easygoing person and I travel a lot but I’ve never seen such bad hospitality in any other hotel in the world. He was contemptuous and was making excuse for his housekeeping team, saying “because it’s easy to mix white towels”, and when I asked him “then why other hotels never made this mistake”, he replied saying “I don’t know why other hotels never made this mistake”. What’s worse is he asked me “How can I know you are not lying? What if every guest come to us asking for a discount saying they’ve lost a towel”? OMG I did not even mention how dirty the bed spread in the room is - for the 3 nights that I was here, I never used a cover from the hotel while sleeping and had been using my own jacket to keep warm during night. Worst hospitality I’ve ever seen. The hotel manager literally made me cry and did not care a cent about this whole thing. Even 1 star is too high for Hotel Liro

One of the best or probably the best hotels in Vlore. Stunning views, very nice and comfortable rooms, very nice food, small but beautiful beach, pool with sea water. Great and hospitable stuff. Gregory, a person who helps guest at the pool/beach area is great, helpful and funny. My wife and stayed first stayed there for 2 days, but then extended for another two. Recommend this place to everyone. Stay there and you will enjoy your vacation! Dmitry,Migen

The food at Hotel Liro was fresh and delicious, definitely a 10/10. My friends and I loved it. The service was great as well, the waiter was very polite. The view was magnifique. They even had a real american coffee (surprisely). The beach is very private I loved it too. I will definitely visit it again (photos attached).

Enjoyed a visit to the restaurant ... decent service and food ... prices were good. We came back a few days later and was told NO FOOD. Asked about when they would have food and was told one week ... Returned to hear NO FOOD again, with no explanation. The manager confirmed the first time that they would have food again in a week, but not true. They do not seem to care that they tell a customer something, and waste their time coming back. If this place wishes to have business outside of the crammed summertime, then they need to honor what they say and step everything up. It is a shame, because it is an amazing location.
