For my mother’s birthday I decided to organize an ultra tour into a free, carefree life. I booked a luxury room, a spa area for three hours, a massage therapist with a spa program. A luxury room for 13,500₽ for one night is a small room cluttered with unnecessary dusty furniture. The room is designed for two, in the guest area there are two tables, four chairs, an armchair and a sofa. The interior might have been good seven years ago. The furniture is all scratched, the wallpaper is peeling in places, the carpet is stained and burnt by the iron. Decorations from the 2000s in the form of dusty artificial flowers. The windows do not open, there is an air conditioner, but it is so noisy that it is impossible to sleep. The cheapest TVs without smart TV. The cheapest plastic kettle, with only two cups. Four bags of tea and sugar, coffee is not provided. Electricity lives separately from the room, pressing the same switch - the light can light up in different places or not light up at all. A separate type of art is the hangers in the wardrobe - all different, cheap plastic ones mixed with wooden ones and others, as if the hotel workers all brought one from the house 🤣 in general, there is no aesthetics. For such a price, this is an indecently bad room. But there are also advantages - a spacious bath, a set of 4 towels, a bathrobe and all kinds of disposable essentials for each guest. I also liked the spa area, it was clean, everything worked. Breakfast is good, large selection, polite waiter. I asked two massage therapists to do everything at the same time, but they didn’t take care of this and one girl did the procedure for us in turn, it was inconvenient, the procedure was delayed and we had to wait for an hour for each other. In general, I give it 2 out of 5, if you are counting on an aesthetic, carefree vacation, no. If you want to spend the night for a lot of money, yes.

Персонал не обучен, безразличный и простяцкий. Жили в хорошем номере, идея хозяев - современный отель не работает. Оборудование или изношено или за ним никто следит, всю ночь ужасно гудел насос с перерывом в 15 минут, управляющая была удивлена (ей ни вечером ни утром горничные, которые в этом гуле работают - не сообщили ни слова...) и нечленораздельно извинилась за бессонную ночь, хотя по всем правилам дбыть компенсация - денежная или сутки проживания в любое время Не советую. Спа - в нем пол города моется и жуткая хлорка обжигает дыхание
