新天地酒店乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，地理位置不錯交通方便離瓦房店火車站五百多米！樓下有很多小吃飯館，酒店有洗浴舞廳歌廳！

這次真的是非常不好的一次體驗，真的是無語了。以前也來過這家入住，感覺還可以，沒想到這次來了感覺再也不想來。首先，我辦理入住的時候和前台順，我在攜程上定了一間房，然後前台不耐煩的説，沒看到。我説不可能，我把手機上的訂單找出來，遞給他看。結果，他根本不看，頭也不抬，説，不用看，沒有訂單。我説，訂單就在這，你看一看。結果他説，你等一會，訂單沒顯示出來，等他顯示出來再説。我很生氣，態度不好就算了，他也不看我手機的訂單，讓我等訂單出來再入住，訂單什麼時候能出來啊。我説，我六個小時之前就下單了，你説沒有看到我的訂單，難道要我在這等一晚上明天訂單顯示出來我再入住嗎？前台又在那看訂單，最後説了一句看見了。然後就沒有然後了，一句抱歉的話都沒説，全程像我們欠他錢一樣，這樣的服務態度真是他給差了，真給瓦房店的服務行業抹黑。更糟糕的是還有後續，我們剛上樓，準備睡覺，又有服務員過來敲門，説前台給我們開錯房間了，讓我們換房間，給我們氣的，大晚上的這不是折騰人嘛，你前台服務態度不好就算了，還業務能力不行，要這樣的人工作，把你們酒店的檔次瞬間拉到底端，也不知道這樣的前台是家裡有背景，還是酒店就是他自己開的，所以才這樣肆無忌憚。

來這家也不止一次了，這次服務態度真的是非常不好，我説空調壞了怎麼整，前台説不行你加錢換個房間，你那個房間就那樣，也沒説讓人來看看。我是定了兩天，東西都沒準備全，衞生紙我去的那天就剩半捲了，我包裡帶紙了當天也就沒要，第二天沒了我打電話説拿點紙和牙刷（因為住兩天，剛開始給的牙刷根本就不夠兩天的）那個保潔大姨來了沒好氣説你哪天來住的怎麼給的不夠用麼，我也跟大姨説那兩天本來就不夠用。我也不知道是該你們的還是欠你們的，在合理權益內的服務怎麼就不該做麼？態度這麼差以後還怎麼讓人來住#服務特別不好

#好評#對位置，防治蚊蟲措施，房間大小，房間佈局，鄰近活動，鄰近餐廳滿意；非常不错哒，环境软件硬件在这个价位挑不出，比他更好的，尤其是服务态度，兜里没票子了，要交100押金，交不起了，前台的小姐姐直接给我免了，没有支付押金钱。整体的体验很不错哒
