"We stayed in a king superior room and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the view was more then beautiful, I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone who asks about Copthorne bay of islands. We also ordered the lamb shank and pork belly on the dinner menu and we pleased with that and our room service.. Breakfast was to die for aswell. Would love to stay again."

"Such a beautiful location right on the waters edge. I stayed in one of the four standalone cabins. Each had their own covered outdoor seating area facing the water which was great when it was both sunny and raining. The cabin was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I was impressed that they provided washing up liquid, scrubbing brushes etc as often these sorts of things are not provided. There was no air con but fans were provided which helped and the bed was comfortable. The shower/kitchen block was close by with plenty of toilets and two showers. Both showers were hot and powerful, although one was so powerful it was painful! The other was much better. The kitchen /laundry area was well equipped although the oven was missing the shelves inside. Again it was all very clean."

"Comfort: The room is spacious, but the bed is a bit old and a little tumble. Facilities and equipment: The kitchen utensils are fully equipped and cooked for two nights. But the bedroom has no heating, nor can it provide a small heater. It can only be heated by the air conditioner in the living room, but the heating can be blown to the bedroom and it will feel cool. Surrounding environment: There are beaches to go outside. It may be less in the suburbs and less car, so it is more comfortable and comfortable. There are supermarkets nearby, but there are fewer restaurants. Front desk service: very nice, after entering the room, I saw the small card left on the table, accompanied by chocolate and milk, and listened to the intimate."

"The room is generally good, and the wife is quite satisfied! The room key is in a box with a code lock next to the door. When I went there, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the doorbell, I told me the code and room number through the intercom. I took the key to open the door, which was very convenient. The wireless signal is very weak and the wifi password is not working well, so I didn't go to find someone to solve it after staying for one night."

"It's very convenient by the sea. The little brother James at the front desk enthusiastically introduced surrounding restaurants and supermarket attractions. When I asked how to get to the opposite island, I also told him that it would be cheaper to go with the boat. Great, great experience."

"Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc."

"Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and Wharf . Room clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished every day . Will definitely come again !"
