GGuest User自駕的話非常方便，酒店很新客房很大，標間大概20-25平，攜程平台上的描述有誤，估計管OTA的人也沒啥經驗，房間狀況很好除了燈光有一點點昏暗，位置離縣城中心大概3公里吃飯不太方便，其他都不錯。替於老闆算了算賬，物業自持，裝修單房造價6-7萬，年出租率應該不會高於50%，RevPar也就50塊—60塊錢。42房間造價雖然不高，因為位置和運營原因賣不上價格，5年內**有困難

GGuest UserThe toilet drains very slowly. I don't know if they used any kind of cleaner that smells like smoke in the room. I always feel like there is a smoke smell in the room, which is very uncomfortable. Everything else is fine.
