GGuest UserGreat places to stay! It is quiet and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and I felt bigger than other hotel rooms from the other competitors. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. I would and will stay again!

GGuest UserFacilities: The basic facilities are complete, basically the same as the perception of overseas hotels
Hygienic: The whole is clean and tidy, but it will not be cleaned every day, and the refrigerator and dishwasher in the room are very noisy
Service: There is a person at the front desk, there is something to find the front desk
Location: There are several hotels nearby, about 10 minutes drive from the university, but it feels desolate around

AAnonymous UserHotel is beautiful and clean. Friendly hotel staff and fast/ easy check in process. Beautiful spacious rooms with big desk for working on. TV with decent channels and the maid staff is extremely friendly. There is ample parking on site. Restaurant is decent.

LLaneyLI stay in this hotel often. The staff are super friendly and the room is always clean. It’s a very simple hotel and has a small gym. The rooms are outdated but everything works. Overall it’s a good choice for the price.

Hotel is old and needs renovation. AC unit was so noisy and wasn’t cooling. Had to change my room - staff was friendly and helpful with this. AC unit in Second room was still noisy - just a tad bit better than the first!

GGuest UserThe hotel looks like what it should be. The hygiene is OK, at least the sheets look new. The bathroom is small, and the washbasin is very compact, so you can't put anything. The room has a balcony door, but there is no balcony. The door can't be opened, which is understandable for safety. Kitchener is a very small town. King St. is the main street. This hotel is at an 11th intersection at the south end of this main street, next to a tram station. As for food, this town may have better pizza and hamburgers. Anyway, I ate at a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant with a rating of 4.3. I regret it. I guess there are few choices so the rating is high.

NNigel BelleResidence & Conference Centre - Kitchener-Waterloo is a very clean establishment. It is accessible to bus rides and restaurants. Easy to check-in and check-out.
Highly recommended to travelers.

GGuest UserMinor concerns with the place. There were no bottled waters in the room and i could perceive cigarettes smoke coming from the vent in the bathroom. Otherwise was a decent place to stay
