"I stayed here a week prior, and it was great. Not so much this time. The room we had this time reeked of **** when we walked in. The toilet seat and several fixtures in the bathroom were broken. The mattress of the bed I slept in was lumpy and uncomfortable. Based on my previous stay, I would give them another shot, but I am very disappointed."

"The hotel is not far from the airport, taxi is about $20 The room is quite large and very good. Renovated, the facilities are old, but it is still no problem to use. The front desk service during the day was very good, and the big sister on duty at night was a bit poor. But the breakfast service was great and it was definitely a highlight. Health is good, according to the usual no slippers, toothpaste toothbrush and razor, too late to find the big sister."

"Booked a 2 night stay again at Extended Stay America located at Columbia I-26. Room booked was for disability access as we were recovering from a leg injury but what happened when we checked in, we were given a room on 3rd floor. Front desk staff said there's no disability access room available even though it showed availabilities on booking page; the staff mentioned she'll refund us the money if we didn't want the room. Our room was all the way to the end too. We were too tired to go anywhere and chose to stay. Booking was made thru Trip.com and the capable support team noted the issue with room booking. They were very quick to resolve the issue we had too. Thank you ESA and especially Trip.com. You have the best support team!"

"The hotel meets expectations, housekeeping is the what makes the hotel. They without fail always are polite, helpful, & don’t have preferences to who they cater to. They seem to all be on the same page as in what needs to be done. The front desk is very helpful, courteous, & friendly. The only bad part is the hotel is pet-friendly for the entire hotel. I would have been impressed or please if there was at least one floor for people that like me are not pet-friendly. "

"I chose this hotel after seeing the high ratings from Ctrip. But when I arrived at the hotel for the first time, the whole cover of the air conditioner in the room fell off. I was afraid of being misunderstood by the hotel and immediately asked to change the room. As a result, the changed room was facing the main road. The car roared all night and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel’s glass sound insulation is extremely poor, seriously. Affect rest, choose this hotel carefully."
