Thia hotel are really nice at 20 floor i'm so happy but the staff girl not friendly

Aside from the very posh nice reception lobby, the room is of sub-standard outdated and poorly maintained. I booked a business suite for 2 nights and felt like checking out the next morning. Aircon was pathetic and not cold. Road noise was terrible as the sliding doors to the balcony is in a very bad state. Toilet has never been renovated since the last 20yrs probably. I can go on but it's a waste of time.

Booked 2 bedroom unit. Given room on higher floor.. water pressure very low. Air conditioning not cold. No air-cond in living room.

Great location, very near and convenient to big shopping malls around west Jakarta. Staffs are very friendly and helpful 👍

The picture showed online just good, but it’s totally different from the actual rooms. Linens and towels are dirty, got a lot of hair on the linens. Hotel is lack of maintenance, rooms are smelly. Aircond is very noisy, cannot sleep well.

Amazing hotel

Location is good if you have something to work on near the hotel… Hotel struggling with pest mgmt… ants, cockroaches can be seen… The hotel also cleans your room everyday… like it or not…. So keep your belongings well
