"We traveled for 9 days in total. We originally planned to stay for 5 nights before moving to another hotel. After staying here, I felt that the hotel was good and the transportation was convenient, so I continued to stay in the hotel for the next few days."

"Basically it's very complete and has everything you need. It's just a normal travel hotel where you can stay. The restaurant is also very good The only thing I can fault is that the sound insulation may not be very good. Sometimes talking or noisy sounds in the corridor can easily enter the room"

"It is better than expected and a nice hotel. Lots of social areas inside, etc on level 1, a gaming room with tables so people can hang out and eat. The room designs are modern and super clean! Honestly the housekeeping team do a great job and reception are helpful. For those who are staying for a while - there are no washing machines or dryers in rooms so you must cash out your money and convert to coins to use the machines in the Laundry room on Level 1 ($4 per cycle).It’s also right next to the shopping centre where you can walk across etc Coles. Lots of parking available ($10 extra per day btw). Amenities topped up each day with extra water bottles & daily express cleaning done by housekeeping too. There’s also a bbq area on rooftop level & forgot to mention - in rooms you can completely hear conversations in the hallways. If you don’t like noise just keep in mind you will hear people talking outside your door💀 Also the pictures are of the Queen Bed Room. But either way would say it’s pretty good staying here and would definitely recommend."

"Friendly, nice and helpful staff. Great restaurant and food. Has a bar. Affordable for staying for an extended period of time. Would like to stay here again to save money. Great location. Close to mall and bus stop. Overall, I didn't have any problems staying here. Their rooms are nice and there's room service. Grateful I was able to find a good place for a reasonable price."

"It feels like the hotel is a little old house, there is no elevator, and it is not friendly to people with a lot of luggage. I stayed for three nights, except for the pain of moving luggage, and the foreigner's service attitude was ok. However, it started to rain the next day, and when I slept, I found that there was a little water dripping from the ceiling on the bed. Although there were not many, the sleeping position was much smaller. We told the front desk the next morning and they said they would help us change a room. Because we were in a hurry to go out, we didn't let them change immediately, but when we came back in the afternoon, we found that they had changed our rooms and moved everything from our original room to the new one. Their work efficiency is good, but since we didn't tell them before we went out that they need to help us move things, they took the initiative to move our unpacked or open luggage to a new room. In this way, when we picked up the luggage, we found that the luggage was messy (they simply covered the luggage with the zipper in the middle compartment), and took some time to rearrange it by ourselves. Although I didn't lose anything, I was still uncomfortable."

"리셉션이 없고 관리인도 전화를 받지를 않아 체크인 하는데 너무 힘들었습니다. 주변 이웃들과 아파트 관리사무소에 KULA회사를 아느냐고 물었지만 모두 몰랐고 안내해주는 푯말도 없었습니다. 나는 방2개 아파트를 예약했는데 그들은 더블 예약을 받았고 방2개짜리 아파트는 없다고 했습니다. 그래서 방1개짜리 아파트 2개를 우리가족에게 주었고 두개의 아파트가 층이 달라서 우리 가족은 떨어져 있어야만 했습니다. 너무 너무 불편했고 불친절했습니다. 다신 예약하지 않을겁니다. 모두 체크인 하는데 어려움을 겪을거예요. 조심하세요!"

"Homestay, great experience. Take the key in the code box at the door, there is a kitchen, you can cook it yourself. The whole house is neat and clean. The central air-conditioning was a little stuffy after stopping at night."

"Next to Macquarie Shopping Center and easy access.  Room is clean and staff are family. Breakfast is not bad."
