"Stay at this hotel for the second time! Great location! By the sea, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Take the train about 23 minutes to the flinders train station! I need to buy myki card, some trains go directly to north Williamstown. Some need to transfer in newport. No need to leave the station. Wait for the next one after getting off the bus! It’s very comfortable to get up early at the beach!"

"Very disappointed with my stay at this venue. I was there for 3 nights and after the first night I was looking elsewhere for accommodation. There was a knocking sound coming from the ceiling all night which was similar to Indian water torture, needless to say, had hardly any sleep. I approached the front counter in the morning to ask about the noise and was told that management are aware of the issue and they've had tradesmen checking it out. Apparently it has something to do with the new heating system in the games room and there is nothing that can be done about it. I asked if I could change rooms but was told it happens in all rooms, it wouldn't make a difference. Poor form Night cap, this should have been conveyed when the booking was made. The cleaners came through twice and on both occasions left the fridge door open which let my drinks warm up to room temperature. The first time it happened I had pizza in the fridge which had to be thrown out. These people couldn't even make the bed properly, leaving the sheets screwed up in the middle of the bed and just covering it over with the doonah. Never again will I go to a Night cap venue, it's obvious they have no care for the paying customers. "

"Was a lovely stay which felt like home! Everything was clean and efficient. Arrived early by noon and was granted check in with a warm welcome of chocolates and a personal note! Enjoyed a high floor on level 18 and late check out till 1pm as Elite Silver member. Would love to return here again next visit as there are tram stops, 3 supermarkets and South Melbourne Market all within walking distance. Love the friendly service from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping staff! Everything feels so new and fresh in the hotel, well maintained and being new. Easy to call an Uber as well just a short ride to city."

"Its location is near Pan Pacific and Novotel Hotel. These 3 hotels are next to Melbourne Convention Centre. From Skybus Southcross station walk to hotel is around 20 mins. From hotel walk to Crown ****** Hotel is around the same time. Room size is big and it's like an apartment with the kitchen, dining room, washroom and bedroom. Room view is not what I expected to see the Yarra River. Will consider staying at other hotels next time."
