We did not end up staying here. Waited 2 hours to check in to our room. When our room was ready, upon entering I noticed that we were given the incorrect room and since the hotel was already fully booked they couldn’t switch us to another room. We were told to go to the other hotel across the parking lot, Holiday Inn, since they had availabilities.

I stayed in a King studio this time. Really liked it as it is maybe twice as big as the standard rooms, and not much more in cost then the standards. Staff is always friendly, and rooms are clean. This type of room is roomier which is nice, even if just me and for only one night,

Rates were very cheap…however get what you pay for. Nice lobby. Great Christmas tree. Friendly staff. Swimming pool for families. First room had very bad odor and rundown. Staff changed our room which had Better smell but still very run down. Stained carpet. Cracked tiles, flaking paint. No remote for TV when called front desk they asked us to come down to get replacement. Second remote also didn’t work. They never offered to come to room to replace. The room was very noisy. Next to freeway and guests above us sounded like they were in our room. Ice machines didn’t work so they told us to go to hotel next door. Definitely time for renovation. But easy accessibility and lots of parking.

The woman who checked us in was super nice.
Property is a little “tired” and showing age. The room was clean and very serviceable. There was a little sign of water damage on the left side of the bathroom door. Mattress was a bit springy.

I was very disappointed the pool wasnt open. We were only going for one night and were planning to spend time in the pool. Maybe a notification should be set-up if they are closing the pool. The people working here were all lovely.
