"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was equally impressive. I was on the third floor with a street view, and although there were some daytime noises, it was mostly peaceful. If you want better views, consider choosing a higher floor. The room was clean and cozy, and even though they cleaned it every 3 days, they made sure all amenities were well-stocked. The Woolworth Metro next door was incredibly convenient, and Hyde Park was just a 2-minute walk away. Plus, all the shopping malls were within a 15-minute walk. This hotel's central location made everything easily accessible. Highly recommended!"

"It was good location and nice staff. Only at night during the stay, there was a ridiculous sounds coming from the pipe or wall? Like a machine buffler at 11pm onwards. Thats not nice and disturbing guests who are sleeping. Every night it was consistent like first night was at 11pm then second night was at 11:30pm. Second night was bit creepy hearing other room looks like knocking our room asking if were doing something making that noise. But never open the room. It was room 25 and in 3rd floor. Hope it will be fix as soon for the next guests. Maybe it just pipe problem. So far staff are accomodating and very clean room. Thank you."
