"I haven't lived at home for a long time. I booked it according to the evaluation ranking. The location is relatively biased. It is close to the high speed. It is said that it is an underground parking lot. Actually, I have to go to the opposite community to stop underground. The parking space at the door is tight at night and I stop on the side of the road. There is a drink fruit bar at the front desk, and there is a local special milk tea yogurt for breakfast. Health is OK, the room is small, two elevators, laundry and drying are busy at night."

"We checked in at about noon. The staff in the lobby greeted us warmly. Every staff member we met greeted us with a smile! When we entered the room, we asked, ”The sun shines in through the small balcony. It feels like home!” The breakfast is also great. There are both Chinese and Western food. Chinese food has local specialties, such as Mongolian milk tea, which tastes great! We slept very comfortably at night. Fangfang at the front desk is enthusiastic, professional and very attentive. Due to my carelessness, I prepared to book a check-in on July 17, but did not modify the check-in time of the order placed on that day, resulting in the hotel not checking in after the expiration date. According to the regulations, the full payment of the booking amount was considered. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very understanding of us (average age 70 years old, some difficulty in operating mobile phones) and worked with the Ctrip platform to help us readjust the check-in to July 17, causing certain losses to the hotel. We are deeply sorry and grateful.

The hotel is located in Binhe District, a 5-minute walk to the popular attraction Wuhai Lake, surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, and it is very quiet at night, which does not affect the rest.
The receptionist was professional and enthusiastic, took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding strategies, and also intimately upgraded the room type;
Room service was responsive and delivered extra pillows and free chargers within 10 minutes.
The bedding is white, the mattress is comfortable, and the pillows are comfortable
The bathroom is equipped with a free disposable large toilet cover and disinfectant alcohol.
