酒店位置很好，離漢口火車站衹有三站路，打車起步價就到了。前台服務態度很熱情，幫忙安排了好房間，房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，早餐還有武漢的特色熱乾麪，很地道的味道哦，還有阿姨自製的泡蘿蔔皮，整體入住感覺非常棒，下次來武漢還會再來住。

房間裝修的很好，一進門就有股香味，衞生也做的很好，乾淨整潔，早餐也很豐盛，種類繁多，阿姨還給免費的送洗衣服，前台的服務非常熱情，服務非常好，地理位置優越，交通方便，離地鐵站近，非常滿意！下次還會選擇他家

酒店工作人員服務態度很好，入住送了歡迎水果和點心，很喜歡吃全季的鳳梨酥！在前台辦入住的時候問房間有窗户嘛，前台説提前給我們把房間安排了一間有窗户的，感覺太貼心了！房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，床睡的很舒服，空調效果也好[強]，房間電視還可以投屏，住的很舒服！給我的整體感覺非常好，酒店環境衞生各方面都很棒！注重舒適度的寶子們可以考慮來他們家！

非常不開心的一次入住，第一天到有表達需要安靜的房間，結果安排到了早餐餐廳門口…從五點開始就在吵，第二天一早就跟前台説需要更換房間，因為沒有乾淨房間可以換，所以收拾好行李放在房間，有一雙洗好沒有乾的襪子晾在衣架上，擺在了明顯的位置上，直接挪過去就好…結果晚上回來發現，摘下來直接放在了袋子裏，導致帽子全部濕了且幹了以後有個水印…晚上回來發現跟前台反映了情況，結果還擺出了一副不願搭理的態度，讓我去投訴吧…這樣的酒店態度還是第一次碰到，也是很神奇……

非常不滿意，極其糟糕的一次體驗。住的鐘點房，2點到6點，在沒有任何提前告知的提前下！3-4點的時候拉了兩次消防演習！ 警報聲非常，並且全程斷電，酒店非常悶熱，每次消防演習持續時間十幾分鍾，真的絕望了。第一次非常的緊張以為失火了，慌慌張張出去才被告知是消防演習，好不容易第一次消防警報結束了，以為可以好好休息，結果突然進行了第二次進行消防演習。期間店家完全沒有任何的提前告知，何況是兩次！導致這一次的住店完全沒有休息好，4:00不到就離開酒店了，希望店家能夠進行退款，並進行賠償。

400多的住宿，照理説也不是很差吧，房間地上隨處可見的灰塵，牆體臟，重要的是床單上有血跡，我帶我小孩住的，我小孩頭睡在上面了，噁心我一晚上沒睡着！！

房間硬件十分好，房間隔音特別棒，完全聽不到外面走廊的聲音，而且床品十分舒服，體驗特別好，交通非常便利，出門隨時都可以叫到車，房間設施設備齊全，空間大，衞生乾淨，尤其是服務特別棒，入住和退房前台都會主動幫我拿行李，直到把我送上車，真的很壹歡住這家全季，值得推薦👍👍👍
