房間的佈置非常温馨，前台很熱心，打掃得阿姨也很熱情，地理位置優越，光谷步行街和世紀城離得都很近，附近就餐很多，然後酒店庭院佈置的很有意境，孩子很喜歡水池裡的小魚

晚上從外地回武漢，本來就很累，在網上訂的酒店，到店之後前台是一位男接待服務人員，從進店看了我一眼，後面所有的流程不帶正眼看我，房卡也是低着頭弄自己的事情隨手丟在吧枱上，不需要你把顧客當上帝，起碼的正常交流也得看着人吧？

入住後發現沒有換床單被套，因為很晚才回酒店所以沒有叫人來換，但一晚上被二手煙的味道影響，睡不好。第二天早上叫人來換床單后才睡得着。

房間馬桶有臭味，導致整個房間都是臭味，很噁心，房間特別小，味道超級大，不相信的可以去試試，
衞生：衞生很差，有臭味，有小蟲子，很小的，可以爬到耳朵裏，鼻子裏
