During this lively Spring Festival, I came to this Radisson Blu Hotel with my family. I drove here with free parking. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, a porter brought a luggage cart to help me move my luggage and led us to the front desk to check in. The receptionist was very enthusiastic. He looked at my child and gave him a New Year gift package with some candies and chocolates, which added a sweet touch to the Spring Festival atmosphere. Because we booked the room in advance, the check-in procedure was very fast. After checking in, a guest relations manager, Xiao Jiang, led me to the room and introduced me to the hotel's activities during the Spring Festival. I was surprised that there was a fireworks show around 20:00 in the evening. The room was very comfortable and the hotel environment was very good. This experience really made my family feel at home, and it also made me feel the unique festival atmosphere. Thank you to every staff member of the Radisson Blu Hotel on duty during the festival!
