An absolutely amazing hotel. I think itās the best one weāve ever stayed at. Everything is clean, incredibly beautiful, and cozy. The reception staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious. This place has everything you need for a great trip. My husband and I donāt speak Chinese, and the staff helped us with everything ā ordering room service, showing us the way to the laundry, and they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a drink and fruit platter voucher for our anniversary. It was such a sweet gesture, and we were genuinely impressed and happy with our stay. š« š„°

This hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in š¤ (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.

On my first day at the Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, I met General Manager Mr. Damen and Rooms Director Ms. Wu. They were very welcoming and we chatted a lot. Angus, the manager of the Executive Lounge, was also very attentive and handled many of my questions. William and Ari from the lounge were also very meticulous in handling every guest's needs. The food in the lounge was delicious, and the atmosphere at the rooftop bar was fantastic. I am grateful to the gentlemen and ladies of the Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, for making my weekend a wonderful one.

Exceptional Stay at Fairmont Wuhan! The service exceeded expectations attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature modern amenities. The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.
