GGuest UserReally loved the room design, and the bedding was fantastic – I got a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the smart toilet was a nice touch, making for a really pleasant experience. In the lobby, they offer freshly ground coffee with their 'First Drink' service, a healthy 'Goodnight Sweet Soup' in the evenings, and there's also fruit and yogurt available. Plus, it's located right by the river, which makes getting around super convenient.

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

LLlhetadegouFacilities: Since it's a newly renovated hotel, all the facilities are quite new. The only minor drawback is that the toilet doesn't have a bidet function. Although I don't use it myself, it would be more comprehensive if it were equipped. Hygiene: While getting the tea set, I suddenly noticed tea/coffee stains on the cups. I'm not sure if they weren't cleaned properly or if they weren't replaced at all. I didn't take photos, so I won't dwell on it. Service: On April 25th, the day of my check-out, I was having breakfast in the restaurant and saw a staff member in the open kitchen preparing noodles and wontons for guests without wearing a hat or mask. They were also talking while working. This airborne saliva is truly unhygienic, and restaurant staff, in particular, should be more mindful of this. These are the detailed issues your establishment needs to address. I hope you take them into consideration.

HHutouhunaoThe room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.

GGuest UserThe overall facilities are good, but the service was just so-so. Perhaps a celebrity was staying there during a concert? The front desk and concierge seemed indifferent, possibly due to too many fans. The room was quite clean and quiet, and housekeeping was prompt. The only real issue was the security, which was either extremely strict or incredibly lax. There were crowds of fans in the lobby with no one to manage them, and a similar scene at the entrance. Meanwhile, the underground parking was miles away and so heavily restricted that we had to take detours just to drive in. Every time we entered or exited by car, we had to register our license plate at the front desk and had a strict 15-minute window to leave. The security guards were also very rude, barking things like, 'This area is closed, take a detour.' We were following the ground markings, but if it's closed, that means we're going the wrong way. The parking lot itself was already a maze, and after explaining the detour for ages, we still didn't understand how to get out, eventually having to make a U-turn against traffic. This was very uncomfortable for regular guests like us, and there was no explanation whatsoever. I don't understand their reasoning.

GGuest UserI stayed at the newly opened Ritz-Carlton during the May Day holiday, and it was a great experience. The room's decor, facilities, and amenities all felt very high-quality. The public areas featured elegant and bright color schemes, with grand and beautiful floral arrangements. The off-white base color paired with light purple flowers gave it a youthful and stylish vibe, distinct from other Ritz-Carlton properties. Misty blue reflecting the river, with golden accents. The low-saturation, sophisticated color palette blended the historical culture of Jingchu with modern design, creating a serene and luxurious corner in the clouds. Layered glass and crystal screens mimicked the sparkling and flowing river water. The theme ”Flowing Light of Chu Rhyme, Swans Soaring East” brought a modern interpretation to Chu culture and the watery charm of Jiangcheng (*****). The service, in particular, deserves a special mention. From before check-in, I received prompt email replies. Our butler, Evan, added me on WeChat to meticulously inquire about our needs, arranging flowers, balloons, and a cake to celebrate a birthday. From the moment he personally greeted us at check-in, a 'returning home' mode of service began for our three-day, two-night stay. He arranged our executive lounge check-in, car services, and recommended dining. Any request was swiftly addressed; I'd be upstairs, and the downstairs concierge already knew where I was headed. It was truly meticulous. The Executive Lounge manager also took great care of us during our meals, explaining dishes and providing hands-on service. For a newly opened hotel, the management is incredibly mature. From the greeters at the entrance to the ladies serving at the lobby bar, every hotel staff member we encountered was enthusiastic and greeted us warmly. It was an emotionally fulfilling stay, full marks! Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway. It's connected to IFC Plaza, so there's no need to go out for all sorts of food, including crayfish. There's also an open-air shopping street to browse, and Cha Yan Yue Se (a popular tea shop) is downstairs with no queues. I thoroughly enjoyed my few days here, not having to go to crowded tourist spots.

SSuiyuliuzhuHad a very satisfying stay in Wuhan. Turndown service was provided in the evenings, and the ice bucket was refilled. The decor is probably the best, apart from the Ritz. The service was warm and welcoming, and when I mentioned there were a few mosquitoes in the room, they even provided mosquito repellent! Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.
