GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations! My trip was very last minute, and I barely had time to plan, booking only two days in advance. To my surprise, the day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel reception staff to confirm my stay details. They even adjusted my room and gave a gift to my child. The room itself was beautifully designed and cozy, with amenities like kids' toothbrushes and slippers, making it very child-friendly. The 'First Sip' freshly ground coffee, the 'Tipsy Moment' welcome drink, and the healthy late-night sweet soup, along with the laundry service, were all incredibly thoughtful touches.

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

CChenchenlaokeDue to work, I've stayed in many hotels, from regular business ones like Jinjiang Inn to five-star establishments like Hilton. Even so, the service at Liièź still pleasantly surprised me. 1. They proactively called before arrival to provide directions and parking information. 2. Upon seeing guests, the front desk staff would actively approach, invite them to relax in the lounge area, and handle the check-in process. 3. They offered welcome hour treats with local characteristics. 4. The eggs were boiled in water, making them very easy to peel. 5. The toiletries also had some fun little texts. These are all small touches, but they made me feel very warm and welcome. Of course, comfortable bedding, new room amenities, and proximity to Jianghan Road are all standard features. Initially, I didn't plan on leaving a review and didn't even take photos. But the overall hotel experience was genuinely excellent, so I decided to snap a couple of pictures during check-out.

The room is also large and quiet. All the facilities are very smart. ZOE at the front desk also upgraded it for free. The cleaning aunties are also very nice. Very enthusiastic, highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur company's headquarters are located here, and I've pretty much explored most of the hotels in Optics Valley. As one of the few five-star hotels in the area, the Marriott is slightly pricier than other four-star options nearby, but its quality definitely surpasses them. They honored all my member benefits, including a room upgrade, complimentary fruit, breakfast, and lounge access â much appreciated. The room was clean and hygienic, and the night view from the upper floors was excellent. I requested buckwheat and latex pillows, which ensured a good night's sleep. Overall, aside from the higher price, everything else was perfect.

The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, and all the facilities were comprehensive. GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price.
Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new.
Hygiene: Excellent.
Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful.
Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

GGuest UserThe overall experience was great! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, yet it's surprisingly quiet and not noisy at all.
The lobby is clean and grand. Ricky, in particular, was very enthusiastic and polite. He handled check-in and check-out quickly and his service was incredibly thoughtful; he even prepared balloons and a souvenir room key for us.
The room itself was tidy and spacious. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness was absolutely spot-on, with every corner sparkling. Toiletries were comprehensive, the hot water pressure was strong, and the air conditioning temperature was just right. All the facilities seemed brand new.
The service, environment, and hygiene were all excellent. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. I've already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.
