I think decision to stay with this hotel is the right one because of the location, view and excellent room. Winter could be cold so the provision of sufficient heating for room, bed & shower was main consideration which this hotel provided.

春節前去的，房間乾淨整齊，老闆娘人特好，她們家還有柒子坳農家菜館，菜品也不錯！晚飯和早飯都是在她家吃的。我們感覺時間緊怕趕不上火車，她趕忙在羣裏説，沒人應。又讓她老公幫我們去酒店拿行李，又把我們送到遊客中心趕大巴車，到那車就要馬上開走了，最後我們趕上了火車。衷心謝謝老闆!祝她全家幸福平安，生意興隆，財源廣進，客似雲來!

因為我們在入住時間提早到了，本想寄存行李即可，但櫃檯的「小」姊姊馬上專業的說房間已經準備好了，先入住沒關係。進到房間發現浴室超級大也有乾濕分離，其他設備也如網上陳述，閨蜜怕冷我們前一晚在山下還嫌暖氣不給力，這裏是山區房內卻完全沒有問題，制暖空調+兩床被+電熱毯，閨蜜很久沒睡這麼沉了。離店時因為不知道當地叫車的潛規則，店家還分享她有的資源及經驗讓我們順利上車下山還不被宰，一切都是美好的安排。

設施：還可以就是電視投不了屏很煩 電視很小
電熱毯很暖和還有毛毯 就是牙刷太硬了 建議馬桶配套一次性那種套子更好 空調製熱比較慢 門反鎖不了不過有那個繩子反鎖
衞生：整體還可以熱水很燙洗完很舒服仙女山很美很冷
環境：就在遊客中心背後很近就是破導航帶我們繞一大圈氣死了 陽台的凳子很臟沒有擦 周圍物價真的好貴啊受不了😭
服務：態度挺好的就是沒有電話撥打前台
