很無語，住了三天，第一天晚上入住的第二天和保潔説了不用打掃，到下午迷迷糊糊在睡覺看見一男一女的保潔説説笑笑開門了， 當天和前台説了第二天報案直接又開門進來了，説這個事情會處理會給答覆 等了三天了，一個電話沒有 那個所謂的經理，到底有多忙一個電話的時間都沒有。

8點幾分過來吃早餐，什麼都沒有，早餐非常非常一般，飲水機的水一股塑料味兒，前台喝瓶礦泉水，還要收費，洗衣機是那種很小的，沒有烘乾機，性價比極低！

初五住的，4星級的酒店511一晚，因為春節期間，肯定是漲價了的，可以，我能接受，但是壓根不值這個價，進去的第一間房，枕頭上，被子上床單上，全是煙灰，太牛了這麼多年第一次住到這樣的酒店，我都納了悶了怎麼驗房的。
當時很惱火忘記拍照了，隨後給我們換了一間房間，枕頭上很多小的碎的頭髮，反正也不乾淨，讓師傅給我拿了兩個枕頭套過來，他讓我自己換，6！

房間設施很新。服務態度有待提高改善，問就説不問也不告訴.早上退房也查完房，按金要待交班後才能退.走了諸多個酒店第一次聽説。
