Ibis Hotel (Wuxi Jiangnan University)

The service in this hotel is really poor. This time, nearly 10 people came to Jiangnan University on a business trip for 10 days because of official business, and they all stayed in this hotel. After entering the door, the front desk has a stinky face. They don't have the most basic sense of service and don't know how to greet guests. To be fair, the price is not cheap at all in this area. Because Ibis is a chain brand of the Accor Group, I always thought it would be much better than other chain brands, but it turns out that I was too worried. The most outrageous thing is that because I can't be sure when I will leave from the plan, I will continue to stay day by day in the last few days. The room that was originally about 250 yuan suddenly increased to 320 a day when I wanted to stay in the last day. It happened that I was in Jiangda. It's over, I can live in Atour in the city for this price, why live in such a remote place? So I was about to leave the store, but was asked to charge a Late Check-out fee of 150/room at 3:00 pm. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and it was the first time I was charged this kind of fee, and it was unbelievable when I paid more than 10,000 for the room and stayed in 4 rooms*10 days. Hotel service personnel lack the most basic empathy for guests. After I contacted the front desk to express that I did not approve of this fee, the front desk said that it is completely acceptable to accept bad reviews. It seems that I really don't care about my own evaluation and reputation. I have stayed at dozens of other Accor hotels and have received excellent service, with the exception of this one. I will write to the group to lodge. Friends who need to live near Jiangnan University can definitely consider Jiangnan Four Seasons opposite the South Gate. It is really much better than this one.

房間設施齊全，裝修風格統一，位置距離地鐵口非常近，100米之內，酒店就在星光廣場小吃街裏面，周圍全是飯館奶茶咖啡店，非常方便，周邊環境優美安靜，樓下重慶火鍋和大盤雞拉條子都非常好吃，還碰見了可愛的貓咪

房間很乾凈寬敞明亮，軟件配備很好，拖鞋質量很不錯我也好喜歡，用了酒店的洗髮水，出奇意料的挺好的，洗完頭髮很順滑，不是劣質產品。 衹是帶娃太累了沒有拍房間照片，早餐也是有點出乎我的意料的300多的酒店裡早餐算是豐富的，味道也很不錯，擺放看起來也很舒心，有點格調，贊👍

這次想去三國城玩，距離很近，精挑萬選選擇了這家。離地鐵站近，乘2站到市民中心就有個大商場。周邊也有很多小吃。房間面積很大，性價比不錯。有不足之處，洗澡熱水有點小，水壓不夠。
