The first time I wrote a review for a hotel on Ctrip, it was for this hotel. I have never seen a hotel as considerate as this one. The lady was very warm and gentle, and tried her best to help us solve any problem. First of all, we stayed in this hotel because we had to compete in the convention center next door. We had to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning and go out at 6 o'clock. At night, we suddenly remembered that we couldn't buy breakfast so early. At 2 o'clock in the morning, we asked the lady at the front desk. The lady immediately saved a breakfast for us so that we could pick it up at the front desk at 6 o'clock the next morning. In addition, because the hotel knew we were all here for the competition, they also provided us with good night milk in the evening. When we checked out, each child also had a bag of gifts. The room was clean and hygienic, full of design, which made me very comfortable. I also encountered such a good software. I really want to stay here again next time. Good review!

Excellent Stay – Truly the Best! My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the National Holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived just after 9 a.m. after taking an early train from Chengdu, and to our surprise, the hotel immediately provided us with our room — no waiting at all! They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast options were amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. This is honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at overall. Although it’s a new hotel, the service was outstanding — every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more comfortable. We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!
