I stay in hotels for at least 25 nights every year, usually under the Atour or Huazhu Club brands. This hotel is the worst Huazhu Club hotel I have ever stayed in. I highly do not recommend it and will never stay in this hotel again. The service attitude is extremely bad. I suggest you choose another hotel at the same price, otherwise it will simply affect your mood for the entire trip and make you feel upset. First, there was no smiling service or greeting when entering the hotel. We even had to go to the front desk to inquire about check-in. According to Huazhu Club’s requirements, shouldn’t we greet people four meters apart? This is not a mandatory requirement and can be forgiven. The second point is that the hotel facilities are defective. The hotel stated that it would provide disposable razors, but it did not provide them. The curtains and lights in the room are not intelligently controlled, you need to open the curtains manually, the light control switch is still the old-fashioned switch, the bed and TV are not facing each other, you have to face the TV sideways to watch it, and the equipment in the entire hotel is very old. Another thing is that the air conditioning in the hotel is very strange. On the first day we stayed there, the air conditioning was still working normally. On the second and third days, the air conditioning stopped working properly. The whole room was very stuffy and it was difficult to fall asleep at night without a quilt. The hotel's soundproofing is not very good. When the residents in the upper floor were using the bathroom, we could hear the sound of the shower and the sound of the toilet flushing while lying on the bed in our room. Point 3, the hotel hygiene is very poor. There are two things. The first is that some ceramic garbage fell in the corridor at some point and was not cleaned up in time. I was wearing disposable slippers at the time, so fortunately I didn't step on the ceramic fragments. The second thing is that the hotel did not clean the room once during our four-day and three-night stay. The disposable items in the room, such as toothpaste and bath towels, were not replaced or replenished. We ran out of toothpaste and called the front desk before they replenished it. During our stay, we left home at 1pm and returned to the hotel at 7 or 8pm. During the three days and four nights, the room was never cleaned. There was no place to put the takeout boxes. I wonder if the hotel doesn't have a cleaning lady. Point 4: The hotel’s security environment has hidden dangers. To enter a hotel room, you should swipe your room card to take the elevator. However, when we went out, we saw the delivery man delivering food in the corridor on the guest room floor. So I would like to ask, what is the point of swiping the room card to take the elevator in the hotel? How is customer safety ensured? Point 5: The service attitude of the hotel staff is extremely bad and the management is very chaotic. The first time, we ordered takeout of French fries and rice cakes. After the delivery guy called to say that they had delivered the food, it took more than 20 minutes for the food to be delivered to our room. The food was only the distance from the first floor to the second floor, and it was not mealtime. We called the front desk to inquire, and the front desk finally went to help us find the takeout. It turned out that they had entered the wrong room number and delivered it to somewhere else. The food we ordered was cold, but the hotel did not apologize at all. The second time, we ordered two more servings of fish noodles. Twenty minutes had passed after the delivery man called to say that our meals had not arrived yet, so we called the front desk to inquire. The front desk said that the meals had been delivered and asked us to wait. Okay, we waited, but ten minutes later, the meals still hadn't come, so I called the front desk again to inquire, and the front desk got angry and kept saying loudly, "We didn't take your takeaway." Her voice was very loud, her tone was very aggressive, and her attitude was extremely bad, so I hung up. About ten minutes later, their staff came and knocked on the door, saying that the robot had entered the address on the third floor and had delivered it to the wrong address. The hotel didn't apologize at all, so the matter was left unresolved. I would like to ask, this was the hotel's own fault, why was the front desk so emotional? I swear to God that I did not make any extreme remarks during this period. If your hotel front desk cannot bear any pressure of answering customer inquiries, please replace it with a front desk clerk who is emotionally stable. It really affects people's mood. Point 6. I was the one who booked the hotel for our trip to Xi'an. Usually it is my partner who books the hotel and sometimes I check in before they register. So my membership level is not high, but I am a silver member. My partner should be at least a silver member as well. I would like to ask, why did your hotel front desk call us at 11 o'clock and ask us to check out at 12 o'clock? Aren't silver members allowed to check out at 13:00 according to regulations? Um? This hotel is really very bad. The safety, sanitary environment, service attitude and service level are all very poor. The stay experience is very bad. You can choose other Huazhu Club hotels at the same price. It is not recommended to stay here. I hope this can help you avoid it.
