"This was our first time visiting Xi'an, and we chose this homestay. Our entire family was absolutely delighted. Traveling with children, our top priorities are hygiene and quietness, and this place was not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully peaceful. The owner was exceptional – easygoing yet thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable about traditional culture, and genuinely kind-hearted. The local recommendations they gave us were perfect for the authentic Xi'an experience we were hoping for. When we bought some local pastries for our friends, the owner was so considerate, kindly helping us store them in the kitchen fridge. In the evenings when we returned, they invited us for tea, chats, storytelling, and even introduced us to the art of incense (xiangdao). In just a few short days, we became good friends. Our child didn't want to leave and strongly insisted on staying a few more days! It was a truly happy and relaxing trip to Xi'an, offering a wonderfully carefree experience. Xi'an, we will definitely be back! And we'll absolutely stay at Guan'erjie again!"

"The moment we stepped out of the elevator, a delightful aroma greeted us, leading us into the elegant lobby on the 16th floor. The decor here is tasteful and the atmosphere refined. Several friendly and professional front desk ladies provided excellent service during our check-in. Our room was spacious and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with all kinds of amenities and toiletries. The bed was wonderfully soft, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. Even the bathtub water temperature was just right, making bath time especially enjoyable. The hotel's location is near the Drum Tower, with a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. This is our top choice for a trip to Xi'an, and we will definitely return to this warm and wonderful place in the future! Every penny spent was worth it – the lavish breakfast, exquisite afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the memorable red wine at the rooftop bar! I truly wish we had booked a few more nights! "I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic; even easily overlooked corners were thoroughly cleaned, leaving no unclean areas. I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. The bedding was also clean and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable; the staff were all very friendly, responsive, and patient. Overall, a fantastic stay, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a small bridge and flowing water, giving it an overall Chinese aesthetic. The room was quite spacious, and I loved how the living area was separated from the sleeping area by a screen. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast spread was generous. The service was enthusiastic. The only minor flaw was that the automatic curtain controls weren't very clearly labeled. Also, there was a wedding the day we stayed, and guests started making noise outside around 7 AM, which lasted for about an hour. It's not far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. Overall, I recommend it."

"I really loved this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; everyone was so kind. The cats, Jinli and Caicai, were incredibly well-behaved. The location is super convenient – the subway exit is right there, and Huaqing Palace is across the street. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, it's just a quick walk across the road! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who made it was so sweet. If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely choose this place again."

"The hotel has a world class service,the lobby manager”Nancy Wang”王曉慧was very helpful and polite though out in our stay.We are a family of four people .We booked two rooms' Both rooms' views are top notch and amazing.all the furniture and facilities were pretty new.We mostly enjoy the bath area,there are a few moveable doors that you can see the Tang Paradise landscape view while at the bath tap. This hotel is a must visit,lastly,remember to carry the room card with you,there is sub-entrance at the hotel to access the Tang Paradise with security guards.All you need to do is to show your card to them and you can go through from the hotel to the Tang Paradise gardens and pots locations. We will definitely come and stay in this hotel again at our next holiday at Xian.We really had a great experience there during our stay."

"Extremely satisfied! Although the hotel is pricey, it's absolutely worth every penny. 1️⃣ Unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area. To be precise, the hotel is actually part of Huaqing Palace itself! And breakfast is served inside Huaqing Palace! The ambiance is fantastic. You get to enjoy Huaqing Palace all to yourself before the tourists arrive. In the evening, when watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, you don't have to queue with the crowds; you just walk straight in through a small hotel gate (since the show is also within Huaqing Palace). It's amazing! 2️⃣ The hot springs are incredible. Even though we booked a room without a private hot spring, there's a communal outdoor hot spring in the courtyard. The best part? There was hardly anyone there, making it feel like a huge private hot spring! After watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, you can just step out of your room to soak in the hot spring, admire the moon, and watch the artificial snow falling during the show. So relaxing, and the water was perfectly hot and comfortable. 3️⃣ We received complimentary tickets to the Baoji Pool hot springs, and hotel guests can also enjoy the carbonic acid pool. Although the carbonic acid pool is a bit cooler, it has a big TV! We could eat fruit and multigrain porridge while watching a movie and soaking, and we even caught some snowfall – truly exceptional! 4️⃣ All the hotel staff wear Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) and have excellent attitudes. I was worried about getting cold watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' and they even provided a small blanket and hand warmers. There are also intangible cultural heritage craft activities, making it perfect for a hotel staycation! 5️⃣ The complimentary Jinghong travel photography service was particularly good, including makeup and styling. In winter, you can choose red or pink-blue Hanfu. The makeup artist and photographer were both excellent, and we received three free digital photos, leaving us with a wonderful souvenir. 6️⃣ The room also had a mini-bar, featuring Xi'an specialties like Bingfeng soda, sour plum soup, and pomegranate juice, making up for not having tried them elsewhere. There was also NFC orange juice, capsule coffee, and more. Most importantly, they offered a late-night dessert soup (wan'an zhou)! Enjoying two bowls of Yinhe soup after watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' was simply delightful. The quality of the complimentary fruit in the room was also very good."

"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They offer free parking, and I even received a complimentary souvenir coffee card. The front desk also has a smart voice assistant, and there's a free gym available. I was very satisfied with the service; it was exceptionally warm and friendly. I'll definitely be staying here again."

"During the Christmas holiday, I traveled with my kids and booked the amazing suite. The room was super spacious, the balcony offered a wide view, and the bed was very comfortable. The day before check-in, the butler thoughtfully contacted us, and during our stay, the housekeeping staff observed our needs carefully, proactively providing an ashtray and A4 paper for my child's homework. The service was absolutely perfect! The breakfast was also incredibly rich, with all sorts of Xi'an specialty foods like Zēng gāo (steamed glutinous rice cake), Ròu jiā mó (Chinese hamburger), Hú là tāng (spicy soup), Yóu pō miàn (oil-splashed noodles), etc. The baked croissants were also delicious. There are many food delivery options nearby, and a robot delivers them right to your room door. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an. It's a highly recommended hotel! If I had to find a flaw, it would be the welcome music that automatically plays on the TV when you enter the room; it felt a bit disruptive. The hotel's overall design is modern, but the music was dynamic, too fast-paced, and a bit loud. Every day, the first thing I did when I returned to the room was to find the remote and turn it off. 😂"

"We arrived late at night after a long drive. I had already noted in the booking that we needed two adjoining rooms. However, the rooms we were assigned were in an extremely remote location, almost at the end of the corridor, and upon entering, there was a strong smell of smoke. With children in tow, we had no choice but to request a room change. Although the new room was closer to the elevator, the sofa was a short one, inconsistent with the promotional photos. The next day, we discovered that our window faced directly onto the parking lot entrance and the kitchen chimney, and there was no balcony, making the comfort level extremely poor. During our discussion, the duty manager tried to shirk responsibility, claiming to be new and unfamiliar with the room types, but he has actually been employed for over three months (I saw your name in other reviews). His professionalism needs improvement. Although he later worked very diligently to bring in a longer sofa as a remedy, it took over an hour, leaving the room in a mess and severely impacting our check-in experience. Considering an average price of 1600 per night, and as a luxury hotel brand, room allocation and housekeeping services should not have these issues. I recommend choosing this hotel with caution. Additionally, none of the special activities included in our package were utilized."
