I’ve been there for 2 nights was amazing place at the first time in Xi’an. The hotel very close to metro ( Ningyongmen station exit A2 ) and the hotel is close to the Xi’an wall along to the the bell tower , Muslim night street , mall , shopping places are all you can go by walk. Also get easy bus Emperor Qinshihuang's for the next day. The room very reasonable price and clean , fresh staff was excellent their job. I would rate 10000/10 for this one and would be there again for sure. Hope you guys don’t hesitate to stay here. Have a great day in Xi’an.

This hotel is good. Generally, the room has good lighting and is very clean. It is spacious - one of the biggest I have seen for this price level. The bed is soft and comfortable, very cozy. The sound insulation is good. I'm very satisfied. The hotel is in a good location - near to the South Gate of the city wall. Metro is about 10 mins walk away and it's very convenient to get around. However, we tended to take didi to go around. Too cold to walk in winter.  The facilities inside the hotel are simple and clean. The service staff have good attitude, are friendly and warm. This hotel is really great and I will choose it again next time. To add on, there are many shopping malls like SKP nearby and a lot of delicious food like mutton stewed in bread and meat in a bun.  Entertainment facilities inside the hotel is simple. are also complete. The room is provided with a sizable TV.  the bathroom in the room is separated into shower and toilet areas. There are also disposable toilet seat covers and sweet soup that is very delicious! The front desk arranged a room for me, which is very quiet at night. The orientation of the room is very good, filled with sunlight. At this hotel, I experienced the perfect combination of quality service and a comfortable environment. I also want to praise all the hotel staff, especially the housekeeper, Wanzi and Ms. Tian. Their service attitude is very good. Because we wanted to have delicious food in the hotel room at night, she taught us how to order takeout. She also reserved sweet soup for us every day, which was very warm-hearted. She also sent me a travel guide for Xi'an, which was really nice! Finally, she gave me a shadow puppet, a non-material cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province. It's very beautiful. I will come to Xi'an again for a trip and stay here again.

Our trip to Xian and stay at Ramada Bell tower hotel was very comfortable as its location and service was just perfect the rooms were nice and clean and it is located centrally with walking distance to most of the attractions and Subways which can take you to Terra Cotta too. Our lovely host Mary Wong also made us feel very comfortable and went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and suggested good places to visit too.

Really strategic location right next to belltower. Metro station, exit 6 is just outside the hotel. An upscale mall opposite. Muslim quarters 10mins walk, shopping street 7mins walk. Walkable to city wall maybe 1km. Convenient store next door. Food all around. Didi not an issue. Lift available. Free tea time. Laundry and dryer and detergent provided, easy to use machine. Super complete hotel room. Reasonably priced. There's even water filter machine for hot and cold water inside and mini chiller. 200% recommended for first timer to the beautiful city of XiAN. We took a tour from the hotel to teraccota warrior, easy and reliable. Just at the terracota warrior maybe can skip the VR session and just go for the excavation sites.

The location is amazing, right next to the Bell Tower 钟楼and Zhonglou Metro station 钟楼地铁站 exit D. There’s also a big shopping mall nearby, called Kai Yuan Shopping mall where you can get a good view of the Bell Tower. You can also walk 5-10 minutes to the Muslim Quarter 回民街 where the Great Mosque is. The room and bathroom is very spacious, and feels very clean. Comes with daily cleaning and free water bottles. When you get 外卖 food delivery, they deliver right to your door, either by hand or by robot. The room was a little bit cold at first but the staff provided us with a space heater. Glad to select this hotel for my stay. Most of my shopping is done at this area. Conveniently located in a small alley right beside Bell Tower. A short 1-2 mins walk to MRT entrance/Bell Tower which is the pickup area for day tour. It's a 5 mins walk to Muslim Street / Haidilao. Luomashi pedestrian street, Kai Yuan Mall, KFC, McD, Chagee, 7-11 are all around the corner. I tried the HanFu Experience from one of the shops nearby. Room size is decent and clean with necessary amenities refilled everyday. Bottled water, tea bags, coffee packs are provided daily. WiFi works well with our devices. Breakfast consists of pastries, Sunny side-up, cereal, porridge, fruits, salad and Live cook station. Simple but sufficient for daily energy fuel up. Staffs are friendly and able to accommodate my request for having 2 rooms next to each other. I checked in at 2:30AM and it took only few mins to complete the process - superb after a long flight. There are a few convenience stalls below the hotel and many eateries along the tunnel street to main road.

This time I stayed in Xi'an for a short time. I had a pleasant stay. The furnishings in the room were the Chinese style I liked. They also upgraded me to a room with a garden. I was in a good mood every day when I woke up. The location of the B&B is also very good. It takes 3 or 4 minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a very lively Dongcangmen morning market next to it. There is a laundry room inside. Because I washed clothes very late the day before, they put my clothes at the door in advance when I said I had an early flight the next day. It was very considerate. After leaving the hotel, I was given a souvenir. I really don't regret choosing this B&B. It's a pity that I didn't take many photos of the hotel. Sisters can refer to other pictures and comments. The brothers and sisters in the B&B are really nice.

The location is excellent given that it is right in the vicinity of Huiming Street, Gu Lou and Zhong Lou. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is located next to an ongoing construction/renovation that starts at around 6am and ends at slightly past 12 midnight; I’d urge folks request or wear ear plugs if you’re not a deep sleeper. The hotel may have some cigarette smell along the hallways.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in during our two week holiday in Qinghai/Gansu provinces. Beautifully furnished with extremely comfortable bedding. Most importantly, they have heating and air conditioning. One issue is the windows do not close tightly, you can hear traffic sounds from the road below. Reception staff get mixed reviews. Most are friendly and helpful but there are a few ladies who were very unpleasant. When I asked for creamer for the complimentary coffee in the lobby, it was rudely handled with a shitty face. The night shift staff does not even greet you when you come in. The best crew is actually the breakfast ladies and housekeeping. Location is ideal, a 5 minutes walk from a mall and the subway to line 5. 20 minutes walk to Xi'an museum and mini goose pagoda park.
