4-Star Hotels in Xi'an

Li Zichengzi provided excellent service, even giving a fridge magnet to the child. When our friends came to discuss business, the hotel had a spacious private room, and they kindly helped us divide it into smaller sections. The head chef, front desk staff, and a waiter worked hard to accommodate us, separating our groups, and we're very grateful for their efforts. Their fantastic service alone made me extend my stay from one day to three. The airport pick-up service was also great, and they offer a shuttle to and from the Terracotta Warriors. Everything was very thoughtful. It's no wonder they're rated as the number one comfortable hotel.

The hotel breakfast was quite extensive and featured local Shaanxi specialties. The room facilities were also good. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a multi-use building, which detracted from the overall building experience. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

The room came with a balcony offering street views, and the soundproofing on the windows was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The hotel boasts a traditional Chinese courtyard style, and the lobby is very picturesque. The room amenities were complete, and the lobby also provided drinks and snacks. We could store our luggage for free after check-out. I accidentally twisted my ankle while out for dinner, and the hotel lobby even had some common medications on hand. I was able to use Yunnan Baiyao and ice immediately. The breakfast was also delicious, with many Shaanxi specialty snacks; both my kids loved the Zhengao (steamed glutinous rice cake) and mini roujiamo (Chinese meat burger).

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

Ordering takeout and having it delivered to my room by the hotel robot was super convenient. I added the customer service WeChat for easy communication. Anything small I needed, like a sewing kit, hangers, or A4 paper for my kids' homework, the hotel robot brought right up. When I requested an extra writing desk, customer service brought it immediately! The breakfast was abundant, a mix of Chinese and Western options. The surrounding area is great for exploring; just grab a bike and see all the sights.

Tired from the journey, but thankfully I met Xiao Yi (the staff member). Her service was authentic and unpretentious. She spoke gently and was very thoughtful, leaving a great impression on this stay. The hotel's location is excellent; it's lively yet quiet, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, and not far from other famous attractions, making travel convenient. There are also many dining options nearby. It would be even better if the breakfast included hot items like noodles or rice vermicelli soup. Also, the room didn't have UPS/non-power-cut outlets.

The hotel is centrally located in the Bell Tower area, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable lighting. All the facilities were well-maintained and functional, and the bathroom featured a dry and wet separation. The hotel also offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The service was friendly, and overall, my stay was excellent. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are good and it's clean. The bed is really soft and comfortable. The cleanliness is quite satisfactory; there are no stains on the bedding, and the floors are clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Keji Road subway station, making transportation quite easy. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea with black tea and parking vouchers.

Transportation 🚖: It only took half an hour to get here from Xi'an East by taxi! The entrance has a great photo spot, and it's not far from the Bell and Drum Towers, and super close to Muslim Street. There are also plenty of takeout options nearby, which was great for three days 😁. The weather wasn't hot these past few days, so evening strolls along the street were very pleasant 😌. Facilities: The room was very spacious, with two large sofas and an incredibly huge table – you could put anything on it! The bathroom had completely separate shower, toilet, and sink areas, which was super convenient. There was also a large vanity mirror and a full-length mirror 🪞, making makeup and outfit planning very easy. The gym was also quite large~ The space here is really generous 🤠. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and kept recommending delicious local eats! They provided breakfast vouchers in the morning and afternoon tea in the afternoon. Bottled water was available at the front desk, both chilled and at room temperature~ Every cleaning staff member greeted guests, and any issues were resolved promptly – perfect! ✌️
