4-Star Hotels in Xi'an

I've been to Xi'an many times, and this hotel was the most satisfying stay yet! First off, they proactively upgraded my room even though it was the off-season, and the front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. The room itself was great – spacious, with a minimalist design and full smart home controls. They even provided earplugs on the nightstand, although the soundproofing was good enough that I didn't need them. The toiletries were also of good quality, and the shampoo had a lovely scent. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including hot dishes freshly made at a live cooking station. All in all, for around 300 RMB in the off-season, considering the location, room quality, and staff service, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Xi'an!

Et Fei, a brand co-created by Hyatt and首旅如家 (Shou Lv Ru Jia), truly lives up to its reputation. The public areas are incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The Lobby Innovation Space is perfect for working or relaxing, and the 24-hour coffee bar is a fantastic bonus. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the in-room smart system is easy to use. The mini-bar is also well-stocked. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a must-have for long stays and very convenient for business travelers or those on an extended trip. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly, responsive, and meticulous with their daily cleaning. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby. I stayed for over a week straight, and overall, it was consistently good with no unpleasant surprises. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Et Fei for my next visit. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

The location is great, and is just in front of a Subway, Mixue, and just about 5 minutes walk to Muslim Quarter street. The staff are helpful and prompt. They helped me attend to a light problem in my room very swiftly and arranged for a room change. I had problems with my ******* application and the staff also helped to order takeout food on my behalf. The aunties were always proactive in checking that we have enough water and clean towels and toiletries. The best of all I feel is that there is a laundry room for guests to use free of charge. When checking out, staff Ivy also asked us to choose some free gifts from the hotel. Will highly recommend this hotel. The service, hotel and amenities made it a truly value-for-money hotel.

🏨The overall hotel experience was great✨! The location is excellent🚶, within walking distance to the Bell Tower🏯, making it super convenient for sightseeing and finding food🍜. The room was clean and tidy🧹, the bathroom spotless🚿, and the bedding very comfortable🛏️. The staff were very helpful💁 and responded quickly, and both check-in and check-out were simple and fast⚡. The soundproofing in the room was good🔇, so it was quiet at night🌙, allowing for a really restful sleep😌. Excellent value for money💰, definitely recommended👍!

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.

The environment is pretty good, but it's a bit noisy around here. As for the front desk staff, their attitude... I'm not sure if it's a Xi'an thing, but they all speak with a bit of an arrogant tone. The cleaning lady was very prompt and thorough with her work, which was great. One night, we ordered several takeaways. We went out for a bit, and on our way back, we bumped into the robot delivering our food, but we couldn't open it to get our orders. When we got back, we realized we hadn't received our takeaways, so we called the front desk to have them redeliver. After about twenty minutes, it still hadn't arrived, so I called a second time. This time, the front desk's tone was clearly impatient. They asked if we hadn't heard the robot and told me to leave the door open for it (implying we were deaf, perhaps?). The first takeaway that was returned was never re-sent after our first reminder; they only sent the later orders. They clearly didn't even bother to check what was inside the robot and then blamed us for not hearing it.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city center next to the Bell Tower, with a subway station just outside – super convenient for getting anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. I have to give a special shout-out to front desk staff member 'Little SS' – she was incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help! The 24-hour free laundry and gym facilities were such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be back!

Choosing the UrCove by Hyatt for my trip to Xi'an was absolutely the right decision – it truly lives up to its Hyatt sub-brand reputation. When checking in, the two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They answered all my questions, meticulously arranged everything according to my requests left on Trip.com (even changing the welcome fruit to sugar-free cherry tomatoes as requested), and upgraded us to a deluxe room directly because of availability. The lobby on the first floor is spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated. They offer complimentary drinks, and I was particularly happy to see lemon-cucumber water, which is perfect for us elderly folks with diabetes. The room itself was unexpectedly huge! The bedroom, bathroom, and shower room were all exceptionally spacious. The facilities and linens were brand new, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. There were plenty of charging outlets strategically placed to meet various needs. The electric curtains and smart mattress were a godsend for relieving travel fatigue – truly an excellent stay experience. The hallway carpets and wallpaper were spotless, and the incredibly large elevator lobby on our floor was also tastefully decorated (it felt like the biggest elevator lobby I've ever seen in a hotel!). Even the cleaning staff on our floor were very polite, always greeting guests with a smile and a nod. In the evening, the coffee bar on the first floor offered complimentary eight-treasure porridge and small pickles. Beyond all that, the hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's just a 7-minute walk to Beidajie Metro Station (from where you can take the subway directly to Xianyang Airport – it's convenient, less crowded, costs 8 yuan, and takes 1 hour and 25 minutes). Alternatively, you can take the airport shuttle (Zhonglou line) to the Bell Tower Hotel, which costs 25 yuan and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes (allow 1 hour and 20 minutes for the return trip). The surrounding snack streets (popular with both tourists and locals) are simply countless – Muslim Quarter, Xiyang Market, Sajinqiao – all within walking distance. You'll find all the popular, 'insta-famous' snacks there. Getting to attractions, the metro, buses, or shared bikes is incredibly convenient. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I will definitely choose to stay at UrCove by Hyatt again. I highly, highly recommend it!
