RRahabAKMy stay was excellent from start to finish, and the service was outstanding.
I would especially like to thank Anna at the front desk for her professionalism, kindness, and constant support throughout my stay. She even gave me a gift before I left. I would also like to thank Han for helping me with my luggage — he was very helpful and polite.
Every day, Anna kindly reminded me that sweet soup and milk were available and delivered them to my room.
The hotel location is great, very convenient, and easy to access. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Xi’an ☺️

TTinaMThis is a lovely hotel with kind, welcoming staff. I read some reviews saying the rooms are very old etc, but I don't see how that makes this hotel any less great - the rooms are still clean and well maintained. I arrived in Xi'an after 48 hours of hectic traveling due to a missed train, and the staff at Meihao Hotel were very welcoming, were happy to use translation apps to communicate with me. The room was large, with a view of the neighbourhood outside (mostly just traffic jams haha, but that's Xi'an). The location may not be super ideal for some as it isn't in the city centre, but honestly it was no inconvenience at all, as the nearest subway station is a brisk walk away -- about 5-7 minutes. If you're arriving by train and carrying a lot of heavy luggage, then yes, coming via subway might be a bit of a challenge (but not impossible!)
The housekeeping staff especially were very warm and kind. Thank you for always brightening my day when I walked by you all.
A few hours after I checked in, a lovely staff member knocked on my door and offered me a small bowl of soup. I was very confused as I hadn't ordered anything, but upon seeing other guests were receiving this too, I gladly accepted. It was such an unexpected, kind gesture -- this hotel truly knows how to make one feel welcome.
I fell ill on the second day of my stay, and thankfully the room was so comfortable, I could recuperate well. My only complaint is that the bedsheets, comforter, pillowcases etc -- all the bedding essentially smells of cigarette smoke. I could also smell cigarette smoke from beyond my room's door at night. This was despite there being a clear sign in the room saying smoking was not allowed inside. Though this is certainly not something you can fault hotel staff for (if guests are adamant to smoke inside, what can housekeeping possibly do?), I just thought I would mention this for any other guests who might be very sensitive to the smell, perhaps you could request staff to rewash the bedding until the smoke smell is entirely gone.
After checking out, I also noticed there were some freebies that were part of my booking that I unfortunately missed out on :( There was meant to be welcome fruit, afternoon tea for two and a midnight snack, which I would have loved to try. There was no welcome fruit offered, but I did receive some refreshing juice when I arrived to check in -- it was a hot day and I was grateful for the welcome drink. For the other stuff, as I didn't realise it was part of the booking perks, I never asked, and consequently seem to have missed out.
I also want to say that aside from the rooms, the lobby area is quite lovely -- very tastefully decorated, peaceful, and I even saw they had some free coffee out for guests! I only noticed this when I was checking out though, and my taxi was already on the way to pick me up, so I could not indulge. Maybe it would be helpful if the reception staff could share all this info with guests when they check in, especially with the foreign guests who are already a bit confused and trying to get their bearings ^-^ Just a suggestion! Thank you for a nice stay. I will definitely be back again soon.

MM895858****Booking this hotel for my trip to Xi'an was an absolute pleasant surprise, exceeding all my expectations! I had reserved a room with a window facing the hallway, but the lovely lady at the front desk not only upgraded my room type but also included breakfast vouchers. The hotel is super close to both the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. On our very first night, staff even came to our room with a late-night snack! The breakfast spread also had a fantastic variety. My only regret is that out of our three-day stay, I only managed to eat breakfast once.

The combination of the garden’s pine scenery and traditional Chinese aesthetics, along with the snow scene in Xi’an yesterday, makes the hotel’s environment particularly beautiful. The room is very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with amenities, including a laundry service. The staff even delivered the freshly laundered clothes to the room. The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, providing a truly relaxing sleep. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, and all amenities were well-maintained and functioned smoothly. Even the bathroom toiletries felt high-quality. I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea and the late-night noodle soup. A special shout-out to Aunt Guo Meizi, who prepared the late-night noodles – she made me feel right at home, it was so heartwarming. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with hot dishes, pastries, and drinks all available and delicious. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The area is exceptionally quiet at night. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already added this to my favorites and will definitely choose it again next time. Highly recommended to all my friends!

The location is truly superb, just a 10-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, and super close to Muslim Street and Yongning Gate City Wall. You won't have to go out of your way at all to visit attractions or enjoy delicious food. Downstairs, there are lively snack stalls everywhere, making getting around incredibly convenient.
But I especially want to rave about the room experience! The King Koil mattress paired with a zero-pressure pillow was just the right firmness.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable! After booking, I received a call from the staff who proactively helped me reserve a parking spot. Upon arrival, everyone greeted me with a warm smile throughout my stay. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly patient and helpful~

The room itself was cozy and spotless, with every detail making us feel incredibly comfortable. It was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, as well as easy access to transportation and shopping. During check-out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay, making us feel right at home. This pleasant experience truly enhanced our trip. Next time we visit this city, Atour will definitely be our top choice! Highly recommend it to everyone! It's a chain brand, and I even found one in my city, highly recommended! Especially the breakfast, it was excellent with local specialties like Roujiamo and Liangpi. The facilities are all well-maintained and new.

There's a subway station right outside the entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. The floor staff were also very polite and had a great service attitude. The facilities are comprehensive, including free swimming and a gym, plus a laundry room. The East-meets-West buffet breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an.
