"This hotel is super conveniently located right outside Exit D1 of Guangji Street Metro Station. After looking at many hotels, I confidently chose this one, first because it's a brand-name hotel, and second because it's newly opened, so I knew the environment would be great. When I checked in, the front desk supervisor, Oliver, saw I was with an elderly person and very thoughtfully suggested I could switch to a quieter room, as the room type I booked would be quite noisy facing the street. He even helped upgrade my room type and sent over a fruit platter and a small gift. Oliver was super nice, and I really appreciate it! Other hotel staff were also very helpful. My room key had a bit of a demagnetization issue, and one of the staff members, a lady, worried I wouldn't be able to get into the room, so she escorted my elderly relative to the room door to make sure they could get in before leaving. The experience was truly excellent, and my elderly relative loved it too, saying they would definitely choose to stay here again next time they visit Xi'an."

"This hotel was the hidden gem of our trip! We were greeted with warm tea and smiling staff upon check-in. The room was so clean, not a speck of dust even in the corners. The bedding was incredibly soft, like sleeping on clouds, and I slept soundly until morning. When we returned late at night, the front desk still had a night light on for us and kindly suggested some late-night snack spots nearby. Every detail showed such warmth and consideration. The breakfast porridge was perfectly smooth, and there was a wide variety of side dishes. Even the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent. Plus, our dedicated concierge sent us daily greetings. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit; it's truly a haven on a journey!"

"Everything about the service and environment was excellent. Our room even had a view of Wenchang Gate. However, since we visited during the autumn break, there was no air conditioning. For someone from Guangdong, a room without AC can be quite stuffy. But the staff were incredibly helpful in solving the problem, especially the tall, handsome gentleman who helped us move to a higher floor, which was much cooler. We truly felt their dedication throughout our stay. The hotel also provided a free crib, which is ideal for families with two children. The sofa can even be converted into a 1.2-meter bed. The room facilities were complete, comfortable, and cozy."

"The hotel is great, newly opened, and very clean. The library has a wide selection of children's books, and the breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed their stay. The porridge in the restaurant at night was especially delicious. Taking the kids out and about and coming back a little late was a great way to avoid ordering takeout, which was very healthy. We have trouble sleeping, and we've switched to Atour pillows at home over the past two years, so we also enjoy staying at Atour when we're away. If I had to make a point, the hotel only uses adult pillows. Since this hotel is near a scenic spot, we're sure there will be a lot of people with children. Could they please stock some children's pillows like the Atour pillows? The last picture shows the one my child uses at home; the tail design is also very cute."

"I'm familiar with the Kaiyuan brand; I often stay there in Zhejiang. This Bell Tower branch has a great location, next to Qiaozikou subway station and very close to the Muslim Quarter, making it convenient to eat at various restaurants. The free airport shuttle is very useful. Although the hotel is new, the smell of renovation has mostly disappeared. I chose an executive room, but they assigned me a last room. It's close to the intersection, but the soundproofing of the windows is only so-so. I'm a light sleeper, and I could still hear car noises at night. The executive room is indeed spacious, but some details are lacking. Surprisingly, the new hotel doesn't have a smart toilet, and the bathroom lacks clothes hooks. The breakfast selection is average, and they don't add more items regularly. The restaurant's welcoming staff lacked enthusiasm. The lobby staff were good; they were helpful and reassuring when I provided feedback. As a new hotel, various aspects still need refinement; it will be better after management improvements. Overall, it's still a good choice for accommodation in Xi'an. The price is reasonable, the airport shuttle service is a highlight, and choosing the right orientation and room type should provide a good experience."

My recent stay at Atour Hotel Xi'an deeply impressed me with the staff's thoughtfulness and responsibility. When I first arrived, I asked about parking for my new car without a license plate. The front desk lady was incredibly patient, not giving me a brush-off but actively helping me contact three different parking lots, confirming their availability one by one, and successfully solving our parking problem. This immediately created a great first impression. Unexpectedly, after checking in that evening, we encountered a small issue with the air conditioning not cooling the room. I thought it would be a hassle, but after submitting feedback via the WeChat mini-program, the front desk called me in less than a minute. Their attitude was humble and professional, and they immediately arranged for us to switch to a room with a window. Although the new room had a bit of noise, the cool environment instantly relieved the heat. The hotel even proactively offered a late check-out as a bonus, which was completely beyond our expectations! Today, upon checking out, the staff apologized again in person for the air conditioning issue and thoughtfully presented us with a souvenir. There wasn't a hint of perfunctoriness throughout the entire process. From the patient assistance with parking inquiries to the efficient response when issues arose, and then to the subsequent humanistic care and generous compensation, every detail reflected the staff's dedication—they didn't shy away from problems or give superficial answers to requests. With a sincere attitude and solid actions, they turned a minor disappointment into a full-blown delightful surprise. Such warm and responsible service truly earned my highest regard! I highly recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely choose Atour for my next trip!"

"Xi'an Trip - Stop 1 Location & Transportation: The location is accurate, right next to the Tang Paradise, just one intersection away. The location is truly a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. No need to squeeze onto the subway or wait for a ride-hailing service; staying out late is perfectly fine. Room Facilities: Opened in 2025, the hotel and rooms are quite new. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a relatively quiet room on the 4th floor – a big thumbs up! The room is quite spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and the equipment follows Marriott's standard modular design language. The TV screen can be projected. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good during my two-day stay. As a newly opened hotel, there were virtually no signs of use; the cleaning was thorough. The toilet is a smart toilet, which is commendable, and it also features basic wet and dry separation. Many hotels now place the sink outside the washroom to save space, which I don't like. This hotel uses the traditional design, which I personally prefer, as two people washing their hands and brushing their teeth won't disturb each other. Breakfast + Service: Breakfast is served in the lobby on the first floor. There aren't many tables available, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The dining area isn't large, so the breakfast selection isn't extensive either. However, they do offer local specialty noodles. Come to Xi'an and experience the allure of carbohydrates first thing in the morning! Overall, they have all the essential food options, so you'll definitely be full. Repeat visit probability: 60% The hotel is newly opened, and the service is generally good. It's worth recommending because it's close to the Tang Paradise, saving you a lot of travel time. Also, most of the hotels in the area are older, while this is the newest chain brand in the area. Marriott's quality and service are generally very good. If you're visiting Xi'an, consider staying here; you definitely won't be disappointed."

Instant replies and quick solutions; everything was addressed and resolved promptly – it was so great! If I needed anything, I just asked, and they immediately arranged it for me – incredibly efficient! This thoughtful and professional service is a huge plus for any trip to Xi'an. If I ever come back to this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! Highly recommend it!"

"Lovely hotel very close to the terracotta warriors, but is in Lintong not Xi’an. However Didi cabs make getting to the city cheap and easy for places like Datong Everbright city. Hotel was great value for money and service and has a beautiful viewing platform on the roof and a fun swimming pool for families also on the roof."
