都市花園酒店作為連鎖品牌酒店，價位合適。酒店還是不錯的，住的第1次感覺挺好的，又來住了。
1.首先衞生很乾凈，出行很方便，就在離龍首原a口出來很近。
2.前台美女姐姐們服務很好，因為怕靠街道車多，睡不好，我平時睡眠質量不好，所以特地要求要一個不是臨街的房間，姐姐們儘量給我安排靠小區的房間，這點服務就很貼心了，給你們一個大大的贊😊😊😊
3.房間設施挺齊全，24小時熱水，電視挺大，視覺效果很好。

房間環境很不錯，是新裝修的房間，衞生乾淨整潔，窗户是臨街的大落地窗，採光很好，距離地鐵口非常近，鐘樓小寨都是2號線直達，附近的商場夜宵也很多，出差旅行首選，真的超級方便，前台24小時都有人，處理問題都很耐心

房間隔音效果很差（樓下車流量很大.整夜都吵的睡不着.早上七點半左右服務員就在樓道里大喊大叫.推着收臟布草的鐵車子滿到處喊叫.那個收臟布草的鐵車子聲音巨大.毫不誇張的説就像是綠皮火車在軌道上運行時發出的聲音）
第二天下午14點之前退房（前台13點10分就開始打電話催問續住還是退房.剛才打完崔退電話前台一位年輕的小夥又上樓來敲門催問續住還是退房.）

室內漆黑一片，窗外燈火通明。
8月31日凌晨00：07-1：27。停電一小時二十分鐘。酒店在未提前通知當晚會存在停電的情況下。從停電到來電的80分鐘內無人出面告知、處理且安撫入住客人。作為一家酒店，供電設施不完善，處理問題不積極，監控攝像頭停止運行。各種聯繫方式無法接通，以至於需要去聯繫攜程客服，才被告知停電緣由。且不説在8月30日下午有連續斷電來電兩三次的情況，沒有第一時間警覺，做出緊急應對措施。出門在外，不得不得讓我感到恐慌。
通過攜程，酒店給出了兩種處理方式：①免費升級房型+贈送早餐。②按照金卡會員的價格，退回我停電當天房價的差價：26元。
兩種我都沒有接受，從8月25日入住到目前為止。我們一共下了三個單子（另外兩單是同住好友預訂），不出意外我們會續住。但酒店方處理問題的方式方法和態度我不太能接受，當前訂單是9月1日退房。如果不是因今日有事，我方於8月31號就會辦理退房。所以不接受他們的處理方式。到期退房。
反觀之攜程這邊，一直在道歉，並且認真積極在處理問題，但這件事情本身就和攜程方任何關係都沒有，攜程還另外補償了40元。不得不得點個贊。
另外，酒店方於8月31日早9點多，致電房間座機，我同住的好友接聽了電話，酒店方從凌晨00：07停電開始到目前也未致歉！並反問我們是否因昨晚停電時有聯繫攜程客服。其次給攜程轉達的意思是我們沒有接電話。不知作何解釋。
我和我同住好友都是女孩子。8月30是是鬼節，我個人很迷信，並且很懼怕黑暗環境。入住樓層在10樓。停電第一時間通過各種能查到的聯繫方式聯繫酒店方，都聯繫不到，兩個女孩子也沒那麼大膽子從10樓樓梯去往一樓大廳。在聯繫不到酒店方且已等待十分鐘後，聯繫了攜程客服，攜程立即處理問題，安撫客人。再次點贊！
