衞生非常差，根本不打算，大晚上發現床單被罩都是臟的，還有上一個人住的頭髮，換一個房間，發現依然是臟的，上一個人扔的衞生紙，假睫毛都放在房間裏，大半夜的一直在折騰，房間的設施也非常老舊，很多都已經搖搖欲墜，避雷了

是個非常不錯的酒店，地理位置優越，距離大雁塔，大唐不夜城，大唐芙蓉園等等景點都很近，交通也非常便利，門口就有直達鐘樓的公交車，去小吃街啥的也很方便，酒店的工作人員服務態度也非常好，前台很有耐心，熱心幫助遊客預訂他們需要的房間，還會給遊客推薦當地美食以及一些熱門景點，客房阿姨們打掃衞生仔細認真，待人真誠禮貌，非常不錯，其次價格也是非常實惠的，就是節假日週末價格會偏高，其他都很好，非常值得入住

服務好工作人員小侯很盡責，態度很誠懇，房間東西需要的都很全，酒店也可以寄存行李，門口距離幾米就有公交車站，左右兩邊都是吃飯的地方

地方很不好找，很容易和地鐵站店混淆，退房也不方便，第一天找不到酒店也死活不給退款，酒店設施也很差，電視節目一個都打不開，酒店的網絡也不行，全都得用自己的流量，屋子還特別小，並且四面都透風，空調整夜都開着三十度也一點都不暖和，特別冷，蓋着被子和羽絨服也不行，特別冷 酒店設施也不是很新，馬桶充很多遍還是反味，洗手池也漏水，滴滴答答的往下漏，房間很小，空間很小，床也很小，酒店的門還是兩個門擠在一起的，而且價格也並不便宜，最好千萬不要訂它們家酒店，誰定誰後悔

房間衞生很不錯，床單被套未見明顯污漬，酒店旁邊有家《虎子水盆羊肉》，強烈推薦！就是熱水供應不好，需要放水很長時間才能出來。
