Wow, this hotel is amazing! Gao Yuanyuan's service is simply unparalleled. Her considerate service made me feel as comfortable as my own home. And her efficiency in solving problems is really admirable, she is like a little angel in the hotel! 海內外住過多間假日酒店，這次是最差的經歷，沒有之一。
1.電梯有明顯煙味，廁所味
2.房間地毯挺臟的，房間味道不清新
3.床上不乾淨，被蟲子咬了兩個大包，問有沒有青草膏萬金油之類的，回答沒有
4.房間不給開空調，當天晚上10點多入住至早上六點熱醒，八點左右就退房走了，睡前聯繫酒店前台四次，前台投訴一次+攜程投訴，酒店方給出不同且相反的説法，實在一言難盡，該酒店最後一次給的説法是酒店12點前給空調，之後就會關閉空調（其實並沒有給過空調）暫且當作這是真實的，大家可以避雷這間了。後續酒店房並沒有給出解決方案，之後聯繫我的酒店前台讓我加他個人微信説以後再住給升級
5.走道以及大廳空調很涼快，房間內熱氣撲來（西曬+沒有冷氣），開了一夜面板還是29度，房間鐘錶顯示28度
6.最後是攜程給了賠償方案，酒店無其他對應方案，我還會繼續投訴
7.從此拉黑國內任何holidy inn
