The reception staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is right across the street from the university and a beautiful park. There are also a great range of restaurants just around the corner.

Clean and cozy room! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to stay a little bit away from the old town without worrying about the transportation!

房間很小，衞生很差，酒店態度更差！前台男經理一副盛氣凌人的樣子，到店當天酒店亂價不給住預訂好的房型藉口有人預訂了，要求酒店安排其他房型就開口要錢補差價100多（當天酒店價格顯示差價70元），入住以後酒店其他經理又過來幾次騷擾要求不可以在網站上給差評！別被地理位置迷惑了，旁邊就有一家同等級的酒店可以住價格還比這家實惠，馬桶下面都有屎，衞生極差

沒住過這麼差的桔子酒店👿定的大床房説窗户位於走廊或者過道 實際是即不是走廊也不是過道 窗户外就是石頭封死的 像工地一樣 不通氣的感覺又沒有陽光 整個房間很壓抑嚇人。一股奇怪味道 跟無窗沒有任何區別 前台説大床房所有的都是這樣 真的是欺騙的很到位👿最後無奈加錢升級了房型。
住的期間保鮮盒的蓋子被打掃的阿姨扔掉 後面沒想再計較覺得沒多少錢可能阿姨不是故意的。我自己又重新買了一個 直到打包行李趕飛機時到處找不到行李箱套 同時不見的也有充電寶盒 一些髮卡小物品。很無語。之前住酒店都沒被扔掉過這麼多東西👿👿👿
聯繫攜程客服處理 客服聯繫商家 商家➕了聯繫方式我告知了丟的東西 店家説要第二天核實才回復我。結果到了凌晨一點鐘攜程客服説店家説我沒回復她聯繫不上我😂離譜不離譜 我直接把聊天記錄發過去。
最後就是客服説店家賠付五十 算了一下 也差不多 就同意了。結果就是店家發訊息説要五星好評截圖才賠付這個💰 東西的💰是她們本來就該賠付 卻還要我按她們的要求了 還五星好評 我一顆星都不想給。本來跟客服説好的就是💰補了就完事 我自己重新買。客服也説店家不會再騷擾我。
現在 💰不要 我都要投訴👿👿👿
本來沒想過給點評或者差評 她這麼一説 我倒想點評一下👿

房間電視壞掉，來了兩批人修不好，說隔天修，隔天出門前提醒前台，回來還是壞的，根本沒有放在心上吧，只好換房間
环境：在大學附近，地鐵很近
卫生：還可以，橘子味的盥洗用品

浴室下水道是堵的而且隔音很差。酒店是一座大廈其中幾層，樓下好幾部電梯，不用房卡也可以上到客房的樓層，不安全。
