Xi'an Xincheng District Hotels

Great location just a stone throw to Bell tower and Muslim street . Subway is at hotel downstairs. Plenty of eateries around . Opposite hotel is shopping street . Rooms look newly renovated and bed is so comfortable. They provided 2 different pillows for individual likings . Reception service was superb and was very delighted that they go an extra mile . We booked total 4 rooms and as our flight is early morning we booked an extra day . However we found a day tour to kill time and decided to check out at 1pm . Reception insisted to call trip.com to help us cancel the extra day . Instead of making us wait for confirmation he tell us he will settle. After an hour I received a call from trip.com to confirm my cancellation. We are super impressed with their service !!

A lovely hotel with the perfect location, just a few steps from the subway and from the Bell Tower, with the Drum Tower and Muslim quarter also a quick walk away. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, very willing to use a translator when needed. The family room was large and very cute. It had all we needed and the air conditioner kept the room comfortable. We also appreciated the washing machine, although we didn't find a dryer. It was dry enough in Xi'an to dry our clothes in the room, though. The breakfast was good, including mostly Chinese options with a few western-leaning. (I prefer the Chinese options, so I don't look too closely at the others. ) A highly recommended stay!

Stayed at Ramada for four nights. The bed was firm and just right for sleeping. The towels are changed everyday and toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast has very good range. I really liked the mushroom baos. The location is 10 mins walk to Belltower or Muslim Quarter not very far at all. The only thing I don't like is the smoky smell in hallways and provision of ashtray bin for smokers. It's not the hotels fault but to make it less desirable to smokers don't provide facilities which support smoking.

This hotel’s location is so convenient for tourists. Everything is accessible within Hotel vicinity. Didi driver will drop you off at the bus stop in front of the hotel. Bell tower is just metres away. Even though hotel is situated on the main road but it is not noisy at all. Hotel service is excellent. All the staff are courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant every morning. We would like to commend a staff in the restaurant named Qi Rui Xia 漆瑞霞 for her warm personality and great hospitality. Our booking includes a free one time transfer from airport to hotel. Just make sure you contact the hotel in advance. We ended up booking day tours through the personnel Hu Xiao Hong 胡晓红who arranged our complimentary airport transfer. She is stationed inside the hotel reception lobby from morning till evening. So, it saves us stress and hassle to look for reliable tours. Her service is really great. She will chat with me on Wechat to make sure we get on the correct tour bus when we have a tour on that particular day. I would also like to commend a female housekeeping staff whom I did not manage to get her name. She is always seen with a smile and greets us whenever we meet in the laundry room. This hotel is truly a gem . I would definitely stay again in my future trips to beautiful Xi’an.

Many great points to this hotel which is less than half the price of more prestigious hotels but not lacking in convenience or amenities - Spacious room; modern facilities; a large and convenient alcove for luggage and hanging clothes; comfy bed and pillows; great city outlook through floor to ceiling windows (comfy queen room with city view); helpful staff; very central location; convenience store (with coffee machine!!) and grocery shop very close by; free washing machines + detergent available on 3rd level up from reception; area to hang washing; delighted with our stay. Excellent value stay.

Excellent service by the hotel. There’s cold air conditioning after 10 April. A lot of free bottles of good mineral water all around the main lobby and lift lobbies. Delivery parcels will be placed in deposit room to pick up. There’s robot to send food delivery up to your room. Free washing machines and dryer (2 each) and gym was bright and good. There’s supper (usually porridge) till 10pm and also some snack to bring on your way out. Service staff are friendly to the extend of asking them to help you put the wet clothes into the dryer. Will return to this hotel. If you’re looking to walk around for supper or street snacks, the location might not be the best but is 500m walk to the Muslim street

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel… so comfy that we forgot to take photos 😂The hotel seems new and has smart features (lights, curtains can be controlled by Xiaodu). The free breakfast that came with our stay was decent. This hotel is strategically located, very close to Bell tower, malls, (paid) shuttle bus to Terracotta Army, cultural street, walking distance to Muslim Quarter and metro station. The staff at the front desk were also friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a room with windows. One small issue for me is the lifts to the hotel. Occasionally, we had to wait for a while as the hotel/reception is on the 4th floor. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a good time at Jinxing hotel 🏨 in Xi’an. Thank you!

The only great point about this hotel is the location just less than 300metre from Metro Subway Station Line 2. The reception front desk staff are robotic, not well trained to answer question much. They only attend to you at counter that's all. Don't go extra miles to help or assist non hotel questions. The hotel room is large and comfortable but the unit is facing main road with traffic noises early morning, which is pretty noisy and annoying even on Level 10. Breakfast is good and reasonable selections available, don't be picky mainly local Chinese offerings on Level 10.

Don't worry, just come here. The experience is first-rate. In short, I highly recommend you to check in. The location is good, travel is very convenient, and the group purchase coupons are also very cost-effective. I recommend everyone to experience it! The decoration in the store is very unique, very suitable for 📷 taking pictures, and it's very good. I have been wanting to come for a long time. Today I finally have time. There is no thunder at all. The whole process is very enjoyable. I declare that I will be your tap water from now on. I am very satisfied. I hope that it can maintain high quality in the future. It meets my needs very well. The ingredients are bright and beautiful. I can taste this quality of food at this price. I am very satisfied!

Pleasant stay for two nights. The room price is reasonable with this proper hotel standard.Location is about 10 minutes walk from nearest metro station.There are many shops to visit along the the street from metro station to hotel.Room is spacious with kettle,tea and coffee provided.We are allowed to store out luggage after check out at the lobby near reception. There is no baggage store room. Breakfast is simple Chinese cuisine. Plenty of local Chinese channels program but no cable channels eg CNN and BBC.
