Xi'an Xincheng District Hotels

We stayed at Novotel Xi’an for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, with a pleasant environment and excellent cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. I’d especially like to thank Ms. Hang (杭小姐) for her professional and thoughtful checkout service. She was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

The hotel is fantastic: it's in the city center of Xi'an, near to the Bell Tower right in front of the metro station, new and with all the amenities (a special mention to the rich breakfast and room furniture + laundry service). Just a suggestion: add more washing machine and consider just one elevator for 8 floors :) Super reccomended

Excellent located hotel close to all the major attractions of Xi’an. Whilst some aspects of the hotel amenities could be improved, every time I went to reception for assistance, there was someone on hand to help. In this regard, a big thank you to Mary Wong who ably assisted me despite my poor mandarin language skills. She was so courteous, patient and understanding. Overall, my stay in the city of four days was made so much more enjoyable by lodging at Ramada.

2 minutes walking from the Bell Tower, this Hotel has the best location possible. The room is fantastic, beautiful and super hi tech. And all the staff is amazing. My last night I needed to do laundry but wanted to go out to see the city by night and Yanghaoyu the receptionist, helped me with my laundry. When I arrived I had all my clothes fold in a beautiful bag. Everyone treat me so well. And the breakfast is absolutely perfect. So many different food, so many vegetables cooked in different ways. I couldn’t ask for better. Honestly, I can’t find anything to improve. Everything is just perfect.

This hotel’s location is so convenient for tourists. Everything is accessible within Hotel vicinity. Didi driver will drop you off at the bus stop in front of the hotel. Bell tower is just metres away. Even though hotel is situated on the main road but it is not noisy at all. Hotel service is excellent. All the staff are courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant every morning. We would like to commend a staff in the restaurant named Qi Rui Xia 漆瑞霞 for her warm personality and great hospitality. Our booking includes a free one time transfer from airport to hotel. Just make sure you contact the hotel in advance. We ended up booking day tours through the personnel Hu Xiao Hong 胡晓红who arranged our complimentary airport transfer. She is stationed inside the hotel reception lobby from morning till evening. So, it saves us stress and hassle to look for reliable tours. Her service is really great. She will chat with me on Wechat to make sure we get on the correct tour bus when we have a tour on that particular day. I would also like to commend a female housekeeping staff whom I did not manage to get her name. She is always seen with a smile and greets us whenever we meet in the laundry room. This hotel is truly a gem . I would definitely stay again in my future trips to beautiful Xi’an.

I stayed here a total of 4 nights: I booked forst 3 days, but then for a delay I added one more night. Overall, it was a nice place: the room was clean, the location was convenient (I could go to the center of the town in 10 minutes) and the amenities were good. However, I found that the towel was a little bit small and the absence of an elevators made difficult to move with the luggage. It was also a little bit hard to find the entrance, but the kindness of the staff helped me a lot. In general, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying a few days in Xi'An and you need to quickly see the walls, the bell drum and the Muslim quarters because of its price and position. Overall, I had a good experience and I slept well, so I think it deserve the maximum.

Excellent service by the hotel. There’s cold air conditioning after 10 April. A lot of free bottles of good mineral water all around the main lobby and lift lobbies. Delivery parcels will be placed in deposit room to pick up. There’s robot to send food delivery up to your room. Free washing machines and dryer (2 each) and gym was bright and good. There’s supper (usually porridge) till 10pm and also some snack to bring on your way out. Service staff are friendly to the extend of asking them to help you put the wet clothes into the dryer. Will return to this hotel. If you’re looking to walk around for supper or street snacks, the location might not be the best but is 500m walk to the Muslim street

This stay was beyond expectations! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was cured by the aroma of the wood tone. The elevator also has intelligent sensing. It is too convenient to swipe the room card to directly light the corresponding floor. The room is opened to open the window to see the night view of the city. The curtains are instantly darkened and the shading effect is full! The most amazing thing is the bedding, the duvet is light and warm, the pillows are soft and hard to choose from, the next day the party stayed up late, there was no back pain in the mini bar for free drinks, and the refrigerator was also intimately prepared with ice bags. It was super practical to stock up on fruit in summer! At the early morning, there was a robot delivered to the door. When I checked out, I found that the charger was in the room. The little brother at the front desk immediately helped to send it back. The service details are really amazing. Amway must give all business trips to the party!

從入住到退房全程無憂！前台辦理速度超快，身份證忘帶了還能在線核驗，特別方便。房間裏的智能控制系統很貼心，語音就能開關燈、調空調，對於懶人來説太友好了。衞生打掃得很徹底，連床底都乾乾淨淨，細節控表示極度舒適！

Pleasant stay for two nights. The room price is reasonable with this proper hotel standard.Location is about 10 minutes walk from nearest metro station.There are many shops to visit along the the street from metro station to hotel.Room is spacious with kettle,tea and coffee provided.We are allowed to store out luggage after check out at the lobby near reception. There is no baggage store room. Breakfast is simple Chinese cuisine. Plenty of local Chinese channels program but no cable channels eg CNN and BBC.
