The location is incredibly convenient! Right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, you'll find the hotel. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who easily gets lost! It's quick and easy to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the high-speed train station. The hotel definitely has a classic, 'old-money' charm. Initially, I thought the facilities might be a bit dated, but they are actually very well-maintained. Overall, the service was truly commendable. As soon as you approach the hotel, staff are there to help with your luggage, and the front desk handled things very smoothly. What truly impressed me was the exceptional daily housekeeping. Whether we were in the room or not, they would consistently come to replace disposable amenities and towels, and tidy up. Another highlight for me was the heated swimming pool. We brought our child on this trip, and they went there every single day! Even though it was a bit chilly these past few days, the heated pool meant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. It might not be the best fit for young people seeking the latest tech gadgets or a super modern feel, but it's very suitable for family trips or business travel.

When visiting Xi'an, I chose Novotel Xi'an SCPG Daming Palace, and my stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb; it's just a short walk from Longshouyuan Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to reach all the major attractions by subway. Right downstairs is Impression City Mall, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and catching a movie – truly a one-stop solution for all your needs. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was very quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended fun places to visit nearby. The special local gift from Xi'an they gave me upon check-out was such a thoughtful touch! Next time I visit Xi'an, I'll definitely stay here again!

located nearby longshou metro station very you can have access to everything from shopping malls to eating streets all are in walking distance. Also the metro station makes you feel near to everywhere! The hotel has a very nice a relaxing design and is very well sound proofing in place And was equipped with a projector with a massive screen! Staff are super friendly and will try their best to accommodate guests! You can wash your clothes in laundry room located on each floor ! There's a small Gym too which I did my daily exercises In there! Breakfast is very good options From toast and butter to steamed buns and dumplings and noodles and .... Everything is very managed and put in the right place! Also a very affordable price!

The room is very clean, the hygiene is very good, the room smells good, the hotel facilities are also very new, there is a smart toilet and a robot for food delivery, the air conditioning is also very cooling. It's simply too good, not too friendly to girls, the service is in place, the waiters here are very enthusiastic and will recommend us food and tour routes, and the sour plum soup is delicious. If we have any questions, they will help us very carefully and explain to us. The environment is really good. I hesitated too hastily and was ready to go home. I didn't take pictures of the room. It's really worth investing, sisters, believe me, and the transportation is also very convenient. The food around is very cheap and the price is very low

Good price, good location and good room. A noticeable negative is that the bathroom door and shower door are semi transparent. Not much privacy for the person in the washroom/shower.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel room was new, spacious, and very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. The surroundings were also very good, perhaps because I received a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor room, offering views of a bustling commercial area from the window. Although the gym wasn't large, it was well-equipped and open even late at night. Breakfast offered an extensive selection, including many freshly prepared dishes and local Xi'an specialty pastries. I particularly appreciated their jam, which had large fruit pieces. I hadn't realized the mini-bar drinks were chargeable and had a few cans of soda, but at check-out, the staff enthusiastically waived the fees for me. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I travel frequently for business, and this is the first time I stay in such a new hotel. There are pros and cons, I will briefly talk about it for the hotel's reference. Advantages: The hotel has just opened for trial operation, and the room facilities are very new and smart. It is upgraded to a room with a view of the city wall for free. Disadvantages: 1. I forgot to put mineral water in it. 2. When I woke up, my nose was full of formaldehyde, which was a bit heavy. 3Then the landlines of Amap and Ctrip were not connected yet, and no one answered the phone. 4. The room number is not written on the room card. If the room card needs to be changed frequently, you can write the room number on a piece of paper and give it to the customer together with the room card. 5 When I got up in the morning to catch the train, the elevator was broken, so I walked down the 12th floor stairs, and the door of the first floor was still locked. So I was speechless when I came out today when it was snowing and raining. If the only The elevator is broken, there should be someone waiting on the 11th or 12th floor to help with the luggage.

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

Everything was great! The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff, especially the young women, were extremely kind and helpful. The location is super convenient — right above a metro station and just a few stops from the city center. Bike sharing and Didi services are also available nearby. Highly recommended!

Friendly service, clean and hygienic room, quiet and spacious room, rich breakfast, good location, complete surrounding facilities, free parking and children's entertainment area. It is the first choice for business travel. I will choose this hotel next time.
