Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The summer was scorching, and it coincided with my wife’s birthday. When I chose the major hotels in Xi’an, I saw a lot of praise for Jue Yuefu Hotel, so I decided to stay in this hotel for two days! Now describe our personal experience as follows: 1. The hotel room has complete hardware facilities, reasonable layout, complete bath and bathroom facilities, better than many five-star hotels (see photos for details), 2. Breakfast is very rich, diverse, and various Shaanxi snacks , Cantonese dim sum, Western breakfast varieties are available, a variety of stir-fried vegetables, meat and vegetables are reasonably collocation, a variety of sweets and snacks that children like, and even children’s drinks and healthy milk are specially prepared for children. It is really intimate! 2. The hotel parking lot is spacious and comfortable, which is very convenient whether it is on the ground or underground! The parking lot security is dedicated and very safe. 3. The location of the hotel is very good, adjacent to the most prosperous Xiaozhai Saige commercial area and Big Wild Goose Pagoda tourist area in Xi'an, and Shaanxi History Museum. Especially standing in front of the window of the executive lounge on the 25th floor has a bird's-eye view of Xi'an, which is very beautiful! 4. Talk about hotel services: In all fairness, I have stayed in various hotels all over the world for many years. As far as the hotel lobby and western restaurant are concerned, the conditions are not the best, but the quality, service attitude and service etiquette of the hotel staff are indeed the best (no 1) Whether it is from the management staff or the ordinary room attendants, they are polite, enthusiastic and thoughtful, which makes us very moved. Although there are comments that everything is good at this hotel but the price is high, we think it is aimed at the software, hardware and services of the hotel, in a word: it's worth it! 5. Special thanks: Manager Wang from the concierge department and the young handsome waiter in the concierge department: from the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby until we entered the door of the room, they were all helping with luggage, introducing hotel facilities and room conditions, when we were a little bit young Questions and small requests are answered and resolved without hesitation, thank and praise them again. 6. What I want to say in particular is: the special fried dough sticks made by the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel are particularly delicious! It is recommended that all friends who stay in to taste it, and will never let you down.

Despite the conditions of the facility which is not in top shape, I would consider staying in this hotel again nextime around. The only reason for this is due to outstanding services provided by the receptionists, and especially a young female receptionist who was on duty early in that morning(11/3). My Alipay and WeChat pay accounts were suspended for no reason, and because of that I couldn't call/reserve a taxicab on my own. I really appreciated her help getting a taxicab for me.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Although this hotel was on the other side of the city, the hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with our itinerary. The hotel was clean, showers were hot and strong, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great too! I used the free washing machine and dryer that were excellent equipment. I give this hotel and staff 5 stars.

It is highly recommended to travel. It is very convenient to take the subway or the bus from the south gate and the Bell and Drum Tower. The supermarket and shopping mall are opposite the downstairs community. There is a food street behind. It just snowed in Xi'an for a few days. It was very warm as soon as I entered the room.
