For instance, the midnight snacks and bar offerings weren’t highlighted during check-in, and I ended up not utilizing them fully—a missed opportunity to enjoy the package’s full value. I only used the airport transfer voucher. It was quite easy to pre-book the airport pickup. The hotel itself meets standard expectations: functional rooms, a decent breakfast, and a laundry service. However, the service felt a bit detached. Staff were polite but somewhat aloof (“very cool” in demeanor), offering minimal proactive assistance. A warmer approach or a quick rundown of included amenities during arrival would’ve made a difference. The lingering smoke smelt was a bit disappointing. The hotel was further from the metro station. Overall this hotel was a practical choice, there were a variety of food options for morning breakfast, we have a good stay here.
