Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

I stayed here for one night while traveling in Xi'an. Someone recommended it before and said that this hotel has a good environment. After arriving, I found that the environment is not bad. The advantage is that it is relatively close to the city center. But to be honest, I don’t recommend it for traveling, because this hotel is not close to any subway station. The nearest two subway stations take about 20 minutes to walk. It is not feasible to take a taxi, because there is a road nearby that is jammed all year round. It is so hot that I need to open the windows at night, but after opening the windows at night, it is extremely noisy outside. First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. The hotel itself is very good, but the tour service they offer for visiting the terracota warriors is not so good, apart from not being 100% honest when they sell it to you. The guides don’t speak English (even if they say they do) and they can charge you some extra fees for the bus usage. The hotel was clean, very nice and the location is quite good, the price was very cheap for this.

Location is great nearby huimin market/bell tower/drum tower/great mosque and nearby zhounglou st. Suggest to take exit 8 from the zhonglou st walk to the hotel. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

I don't know how the praise rate is so high, I really can't. Except for the convenience of going to Muslim Street and the subway station, there is no advantage. I haven't cleaned it once after staying for three days. Even the garbage in the trash can has been confiscated. There is no paper, no hangers, no mineral water, and the bathroom is deodorant. Disposable toiletries are not added. The window is facing the garbage dump, and I dare not open the window at all.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, just next to the 广濟街Metro station. The famous Bell Tower is about 1 km away. The personnel is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I specially would like to thank mr Liu (刘浩) and Ms Wang (王文彤). I have asked them many questions and they are very helpful and enthuasiastic. The room is large and clean and quiet. I like the hotel but it's the people working there who made the most impression on me. A nice experience, a nice memory. Thank you Merlinhod.

We had a perfect stay at Campanile. Everything was excellent, very high standards of cleanliness and service. The shower's glass doors were always immaculate. Cleaning was done every day. Good products ñ, soft towels and linen. The hotel has a self laundry service which worked perfectly and left our clothes very nice. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding more fresh fruits.

Located in front of Bell Tower. Upgrade to this room for this view for the second night but toilet still clogged like the other room we used to stay. Maybe this hotel is too old. 10 RMB trip discount voucher cannot be use for airport transfer. Hotel staff said check with airport bus operator that is located beside hotel but both companies are not related. Apart from that, heater was warm to withstand the snowy night. Hotel staff are more friendly to foreigners than local probably is their culture. We are foreigners from English speaking nation anyway.

Good points: Nice hotel located just south of the Muslim Quarter and the street connecting the Drum and Bell towers. Good breakfast. Bad points: the floor matting outside the bathroom was dirty and stained. The bathroom is totally open plan with just a curtain. The WiFi can’t be used accessed unless you have a Chinese mobile number, so is basically unusable for international travellers.
