Fabulous hotel facility and great views from the room. Got a free upgrade to the ocean view suite due to booking at Trip. The staff 王猛 was especially friendly and supportive. He shared his WeChat with me and was super attentive during my stay. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just nice for me to have a good rest for a 12 hour flight transit. The staffs are very friendly, one of them even offered us a free upgrade. Nice environment, top cleanliness, for sure will come back again.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Xiamen. The customer service is five stars. I was really impressed with Shane's service. He provided me with solutions when I asked for help during my check-in process. When I entered my room, I was surprised by the complimentary local fruits they provided to welcome us. The room is clean and nice. It's perfect for family or business trips. The location is close to the airport and some local attractions. The hotel provided us with transportation to the airport, which was easy for us.” All the staff there are well trained and friendly, which makes me feel welcomed. During the check-out process, there is a young girl at the reception counter (sorry, I don't know her name). She is providing good service for our airport car arrangement. The Software Park Hotel was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. The service provided by the hotel's little sister, Zhao, was very good and her smile was very sweet and cute. From the decoration of the lobby to the layout of the guest rooms, the style is unique and the experience is full. The staff is dedicated, and the Chinese food on the third floor is even better. It is surrounded by business districts and has convenient transportation. I will still choose it as my first choice next time I stay.
